Eigentlich ist alles super. Ware ist toll, von guter Qualität - mir gefällt es super. Schade das man keine Trackinginfo bekommmt das ist das einzige wo ich was sagen würde aber… kontaktiert man den Kundenservice sind die superschnell und mega nett. Also alles in allem

absolutely awful and won't refund me
Awful customer service and just a prewarning if you receive the incorrect item, they'll continuously ignore emails requesting a return. Ring was advertised as a turquoise blue recieve a clear not very good quality stone ring and then multiple emails ignored. Buyers be aware with this website.

Not as good quality as expected
Had been waiting ages for the healing quartz necklace to come back in stock in silver. Looked good on website images. Noticed it come up on my IG feed and was in the sale. Clicked on IG link to website and got the option to spin the wheel for further discount and got another 20% off so decided to order. Website stated there was a free bracelet with every order but one was not included in mine. Also my item did not come boxed but just on a cardboard hanger peg tag. Shipping was quick, though. Glad I'd bought it for myself and not to gift to a friend as to be honest no one would have believed the £21 full price price tag and it wasn't presented well for gifting and if I'd seen it in person I'd definitely not have paid £21. Wire round stone shows its copper plated. Can see the pink where it's been cut, so not sure how long that will last. Over all the quartz was disappointingly cloudy and smaller than expected, or how it looked on website. Left feeling it was overpriced, hyped up fashion type jewellery to be honest. For the price I paid I'm not hassling on returning it, but will not be purchasing from this website again. Left 3 star review on website but funnily enough it's not been published. Seems only 4 and 5 star ones are.

I have ordered a bracelet on 22nd Dec. The order online states its fulfilled. There is no trace of it. I have sent repeated followup reminders, emails (atleast 10), messages on Insta, FB. Amazing customer support
There was a shipping issue with my order, the company sent my order promptly but somehow it got stuck on the national post office for processing. I contacted customer service and Rare had been very helpful and cordial in answering my questions. In the end, I was offered the options of a refund, gift voucher, or a replacement of my oder. Since I will be away from home and will not be present to receive the package, I opted for a refund which was processed within 24 hours of requesting (+10 days per bank approval). I'm aware of the number of negative reviews over here but I do believe they deserve a second chance, thus I will be ordering from them again once I'm back. So all in all, 4 stars because I was not able to receive my items but a dazzling 5 star to Rare for the amazing customer service.

Perfect gift items
I got black turmaline and raw aquamarine earings. Both are so pretty and were very well received gifts. I ordered during cyber week, so it did take a bit over 10 days to deliver. It did say on the Website that due to them being a small buisnes and covid, that it will take longer than usual. When I reached out to the customer service, I got a constructiv and friendly reply. I apreciate it being a small buisness.
I will definately ordere myself some products soon.

I ordered items on the 26th November…
I ordered items on the 26th November and they have still yet to arrive. I contacted customer support and got no reply. I contacted them on Instagram and got a reply a week later saying the package was in Ireland, but I find it hard to believe it hasn’t been processed since the 6th December. Very very disappointed.

I bought a necklace from them and I have to say it's worth it.
They shipped it within the time limit which was 1-7 days and it arrived beautifully packaged.
