I bought 3 bracelets, but there were problems with the courier and they arrived after 2 months. In the meantime I contacted customer service and they were always very willing to help me solve the problem. In the end they refunded me and shortly after the package arrived. The bracelets are very beautiful and they are very kind.

Ordered 2 weeks ago, item never arrived. I have been speaking g to someone called Shella via email, who says that the item I ordered Is now not available anymore and I need to pick something else or get credit. Refusing to give me my money back as the order showed delivered!! Shocking service, won’t order from here again

Ordered a bracelet and I love it exactly what I was looking for, will definitely be ordering more stuff.

Ze hadden mijn bestelling wel snel verzonden, maar het duurde veel langer dan de standaard 1-7/1-10 werkdagen voordat het aankwam. Er stond wel een waarschuwing in de e-mail dat dit voor kan komen, omdat ze momenteel een kleiner team hebben. Na 16 werkdagen wachten heb ik toch maar naar de klantenservice gemaild. Ze legden uit dat ze een aantal onverwachte problemen hadden met de verzendingspartners, maar waren alsnog erg vriendelijk en begripvol voor de situatie. Ze gaven een korte update met tracking link, ze boden 40% korting op mijn volgende bestelling aan en ik kon ten alle tijden mijn bestelling annuleren en mijn geld terugkrijgen. Na 29 werkdagen was mijn pakketje dan eindelijk aangekomen. De producten zien er prachtig uit, ik ben er erg blij mee. Je moet dus wel wat geduld hebben, maar dan heb je ook wat!

There was a shipping issue with my order, the company sent my order really quick but somehow it got stuck on the national post office for processing. I contacted customer service and Rare had been very helpful and cordial in answering my questions. After all I’m really happy with my items and they have an amazing service really friendly and helpful… Thank u

Bransoletki są śliczne, delikatne i fajnie, że za każdy zakup firma sadzi drzewa (zakupy tam to przy okazji dobry uczynek), obsługa bardzo miła i chętna do pomocy!! Jestem bardzo zadowolona i dziękuje❤️

Ware nie erhalten, zwar einen Tracking code (auf nachfrage) erhalten, dieser updated sich aber nicht.
Einfach enttäuschend!

I delayed leaving a review to give the company chance to rectify the terrible item I received.
It should not have passed quality control (I doubt they even have quality control)
I have emailed them FOUR times and had no response at all.
The ring looks like a child made it at school. It is colourless, damaged and cheap.
Avoid this company.

El producto llega en buen estado y de buena calidad, el único problema es la tardanza del envío, que por el precio merece la pena la espera. Lo único que convendría que informaran de que el pedido es más largo

Still haven´t receive my order. I order some bracelets on the march 9th and still haven´t got it. I asked for the tracking number and the number they sent me does not exist.
Very suspicious that this is a scam! :-(

If I could give no stars I would. Save yourself the stress & aggravation & do not order from this company!
The bracelet was advertised at £24 plus £4 post & packing. The advert stated if would arrive within 2-5 days of the order, I emailed numerous times to chase the order, never got a reply, so on 14th day, I emailed to cancel. Also it had been reduced to £12. 17 days after placing the order & subsequently cancelling it arrived. 5 days to late for the birthday. I was absolutely disgusted with the quality of the product, it was certainly not worth £24, not even £12! it looked like something that you would buy from a holiday gift shop for about £4. I then contacted numerous times to advise that I had already cancelled the order & wanted to return for a full refund including postage as they had not sent it until after I cancelled. Eventually I got a response stating they couldn't refund the p&p, even though it had been sent after the order was cancelled. so it cost another £3 to return it with tracking. It has taken another 2 weeks to get the refund. Customer service is ZERO, no response to any emails whatsoever, i eventually used instagram to contact the company.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND & WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUBBISH PRODUCT.

Vor 5 Wochen Bestellung abgegeben, habe noch immer kein Paket erhalten. Sie schicken ein Tracking url was kein update zeigt. Ich gebe die Hoffnung schon auf. Betrug!

Ware nie erhalten. Wurde vor über einem Monat verschickt und Tracking geht nicht weiter. Erst hilfsbereiter Kontakt mit Customer Service aber man wurde nur hin gehalten und im Endeffekt ist nichts passiert. Finger weg!

Two weeks I’ve been waiting for an order, one response to one email with the same tracking number that doesn’t track anything. More emails sent messaged through Instagram, posted against a post with comments that no one responds to. Wasted £30, writing to trading standards. Only wanted to try an f feel less anxious, ha what a joke!! Avoid like the plague.

Leider dauert der Versand schon über 2 Wochen und nicht die angegebenen 1-7 Werktage und man bekommt auch keine Rückmeldung auf die Anfrage über die Support Mail.

Ordered one necklace for Xmas present, appaling quality, worse than a cheap market. Asked to return, told it was possible but didn't attach the return forms, 3rd attempt I got a returns form. Sent recorded delivery, had to chase up a month later, still no refund. Claimed they didn't recieve, I have proof they signed for it, they even asked for pictures of returns receipt. Sent them that and the signature picture. Now ignoring my emails. 3 months later still no refund. Onto trading standards next. Suspicious names of 'Rare' and 'Angel' in email correspondence. My guess is dodgy company hoping we go away eventually and give getting a refund. Not this time

Brought some items from this company, realised my discount code didn’t go on the purchase. Emailed them to ask for help. Never replied.
Received the items they were alright. The calm ring lost its stone within a week. So a complete waste of money.

I received my order and wanted to return the inferior products because they were not as advertised. Company said they would send a return form by email and did not, checked spam box too. I wore a necklace once and it broke. I spent £108 on poor quality stock. My emails and messages have been ignored. Total scam fraudsters.
EDIT: I have checked my emails and spam box I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY EMAIL FROM YOU please ensure you are sending to the correct email.

Ware kam viel zu spät, nach Rücksendung keine Erstattung bisher (6 Wochen her). Support ist per Mail zwar nett, es kommt aber rein gar nichts dabei heraus. Habe bereits paypal informiert über den Fall.
