Items never arrived, CS ignoring my emails
This is my second order with them, and I must say that my initial experience was quite pleasant; the items I received were of good quality. However, I recently placed a second order, and despite the tracking information indicating that it has been delivered, I have yet to receive anything.
I promptly reached out to the company via email to address the issue and request a refund, but unfortunately, I have not received a response. Given this situation, I am left with no choice but sharing my concerns on social media and explore my rights in this matter.
It's truly disappointing, as their products are nice, but the delivery and customer service aspects have fallen short. If you value peace of mind, I would caution against ordering from this company

Ik wil graag mijn oprechte waardering uitspreken voor dit bedrijf. Ik heb Isla Ida ontdekt op Instagram, waar hun advertenties mijn aandacht trokken. Deze nieuwsgierigheid leidde me naar hun webshop, en ik kan eerlijk zeggen dat mijn ervaring van begin tot eind prettig verlopen is.
De webshop van Isla Ida straalt boho vibes uit. De site is overzichtelijk en gebruiksvriendelijk, wat het shoppen een moeiteloze ervaring maakt. Maar dat is nog maar het begin, want wat me echt heeft betoverd, zijn de prachtige sieraden die Isla Ida aanbiedt.
De sieraden die ik bij Isla Ida heb besteld, zijn niet alleen betaalbaar, maar ook van uitstekende kwaliteit. De aandacht voor detail is duidelijk zichtbaar in elk stuk. Het vakmanschap en de zorg waarmee deze sieraden zijn gemaakt, hebben me echt verrast. Daarnaast komen de producten ook in een leuke verpakking aan. Hierdoor is het ook aantrekkelijk om het als cadeau aan iemand anders te geven, bv. voor een verjaardag.
Wat Isla Ida nog specialer maakt, is hun toewijding aan het ondersteunen van een goed doel. Het is mooi om te zien dat ze naast de sieraden ook een positieve impact willen maken op de wereld om hen heen. Het feit dat een deel van hun opbrengst wordt gebruikt om bomen te planten, getuigt van hun integriteit en maakt het voor mij des te aantrekkelijker om bij hen te winkelen.
Kortom, Isla Ida is niet zomaar een sieradenmerk; het is een merk met een missie en een hart. Ik ben dankbaar dat ik ze heb ontdekt en zal regelmatig op de webshop kijken. Als je op zoek bent naar duurzame sieraden van hoge kwaliteit met een betekenisvolle missie, dan is Isla Ida de plek waar je moet zijn. Ze hebben mijn verwachtingen overtroffen en verdienen alle lof en steun.

I absolutely love this company so, so much! Stunning absolutely beautiful pieces of jewellery. I got the raw citrine silver ring.. perfect fit & everyone who I’ve showed loves it just as much & the clear quarts necklace, which I also love. Best little jewellery shop I’ve come across. It’s fantastic quality. I can’t wait to purchase more pieces. Crystals are my fave. So this shop is right up my street. Definitely worth its 5* rating I’ve given.

Poor service
Poor service. It’s been 22 days and i still didn’t get my items, then I just learn that they didn’t give my delivery address or my phone number to the courier. If I didn’t email them, I wouldn’t know what courier company they used and fix it on my own.

Since the parcel arrived as a postal mail and had no valid private or company P.O. Box number, it was retained at Emirates Post's which is causing the delay.

Muy diferente a las fotos. No vale lo que realmente es. No dejan de ser pulseras de hilo de algodón. Y tampoco me ha llegado el color de la foto. Cuesta mucho que llegue, no hay un seguimiento del envío ni un email de confirmación de entrega. Lo dejan en el buzón y no te enteras.

Incredible customer service after I asked to get something adapted in my order. Sophie was kind, helpful and correct. Received my jewelry yesterday, 6 days after sending, which they say in the shipping note is an acceptable timing. I am so happy with it, every piece is beautiful. Would very much recommend!

DO NOT BUY - tacky
Rubbish service. The items didn't arrive, I had to email multiple times and finally got a reply that items were out of stock. They arrived over a month later and are POOR quality. Cheap, tacky and a waste of money. I asked for a refund but got no reply. Such a waste of my hard earned money.

Recebi a minha encomenda depois de um longo periodo de espera. Tudo chegou em perfeitas condições e os items são lindos!
Devido ao atraso de entrega, entrei em contacto com o apoio ao cliente e foram sempre atenciosos e cordiais, disponibilizando várias soluções para minimizar o transtorno.
Quando a encomenda chegou ao meu país, ficou retida na alfandega e tive que pagar as taxas aduaneiras, as quais a Isla-Ida me reembolsou.
Seria util rever a informação dos prazos de entrega que indicam no site, para evitarem constrangimentos no futuro ou encontrarem formas alternativas de entrega.

I have to say originally i thought i…
I have to say originally i thought i had been scammed. I ordered a bracelet and even through RM said it had been delivered it never arrived. It took about 2 weeks of chasing emails but once picked up, this was investigated and a replacement bracelet was sent out immediately.

scammers
one of the worst companies that I've had the displeasure of using and dealing with.
Ignored emails for a returns form multiple times, then when was told they would.send I was asked a different question on a single reply always told once you tell.me this I'll send.
now I've returned items with proof of items having been returned and sent through their letterbox (slim so not large parcel) being told their warehouse hasn't received my return.
I've looked on Google maps unit 5 is a airpost logistic company so no isla ida names unit buy there is a letterbox.
