Harry came to service our boiler and repair the three way valve , as always was on time and very helpful, and always does a great job .
Highly recommend.

Harry, fitted a new boiler for us, did a great job, nothing too much trouble. Great communication, and very efficient.

Harry arrived when he said he was, gave good advice, did the work without fuss and immediately brought in an electrician to remedy a problem which arose. It meant the job was finished on time. He cleared everything away. Most of all, he was very patient with a techno-phobic client!

A prompt quote followed by tidy work completed when promised. Would recommend and use again.

I can’t recommend Harry highly enough! He quickly identified a small leak from my immersion heater and efficiently replaced it the same week. He went above and beyond my expectations, especially given the circumstances all whilst giving me a fair and honest price (much cheaper than I’d been quoted by other companies might I add!).

Unfortunately we did not receive the best advice from this Engineer who condemned our boiler which in his opinion was leaking carbon monoxide. A second opinion, and a full complement of Reports and Tests later carried out revealed our boiler to be in good working order albeit that it required a few replacement parts. On further inspection of the original Report it was clear that no readings has been recorded which arose suspicion as to whether any Tests had been carried out in the first instance. Regrettably we would not use this Engineer again. It’s a shame that the video claimed to have been made wasn’t presented at the visit. If the engineer would like to send me the evidence he has then I would be grateful to receive it.

Harry did a fantastic job replacing my 1970s central heating system, especially as the project was more complex than was initially apparent. He was sympathetic to my needs, worked incredibly hard, and managed to stay within budget. He is pleasant and trustworthy. The week he scheduled to do the work coincided with my holiday, but I felt comfortable enough for him to do the job even though I wasn’t available. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Very quick to respond. Engineer came next day and replaced part on boiler. Very professional and explained in detail the repair needed.
