Suggest to small business don’t do sing up for 3 years with them because first 6months they give you in $4.5 per week after 6 months they will start charging $12 per week and you can’t do it cancel because cancellation charges are more then $800 so it’s a very big scam don’t trust on sales representative name Joe and his manager.
I wish I could give negative stars, but that's not an option. My experience was extremely disappointing. The staff was unhelpful, and I faced long wait times for responses from customer service. I requested a gift card extension due to an error on their part, but my request was denied. I would strongly recommend giving cash instead of buying a gift card from GiftStation. Save yourself the frustration!
This time you web page "check balance" feature does not work.

Bought a Caltex Starcash card from them but Caltex petrol station card readers repeatedly rejected the card even though it supposedly had ample credit registered according to Giftstation.co.nz site & Caltex say the card can be used for refuels. AVOID unless you like being embarrassed at the gas station. Made a complaint and will follow up with response if any.
Best not to do business with this company, they are extremely slow at helping you if you need assistance once you have their card and become their customer, there's no urgency and they simply do not care to reply via email, forget about calling them as you MAY get through after being on hold for 35-40 minutes, save yourself the hassle and headache and stay away from this company. They literally stole $370 from me, they confirmed that they have received my refund from the merchant but somehow their system is not releasing it internally, I've been waiting over a month now without any updates and they refuse to call me or email me back. Worst company ever, they literally steal your money and then avoid you. I have all the proof I need via email but there is nothing more I can do.
Scammed out of 200 NZ$,
Ordered many times in the past and always worked fine, but last time I ordered in mid December 4 PSN Giftcards worth 200 $ and never got them, tried contacting customer support many times and never got a response, order status says on hold, can not cancel or refund, reach anyone or get the cards, so this page is kinda my last hope of a reaction from them, if anyone from giftstation reads this the order number is 000007041, but even if you send or refund, I will never ever order there again, if you do not have the goods you are offering make them unavailable for purchase god damnit or refund immediately, you just lock up the customers money indefinietely so i can not order somewhere else with my money,
