11/28/2025: Order paid for and confirmed.
12/9/2025: I received an email from LivFresh that the order hasn't been updated by USPS and that it will continue to watch the order status.
12/14/2025: Nothing has changed or been updated. The order still says fulfilled, the USPS status remains unchanged. I contact their support stating these facts. After submitting the message their system says "Usually replies within a few hours". I have heard nothing from them.
12/16/2025: In the same message thread, I add, Is this going to continue to be ignored? Still no reply.
12/17/2025: Tomorrow, I will be contacting my bank to reverse this charge because, clearly, you have no interest in shipping what I paid for, nor answering this issue in any way, shape of form. This is a perfect example of fraud. You've had my money since November 28, 2025, yet I have nothing to show for it. I will continue using this transcript in further reviews throughout the web and social media to ensure others do not make the same mistake I made in trusting your company.
12/18/2025: I have placed a complaint against Livionex (the parent company behind LivFresh) with the BBB. I have sent several additional contact form submissions regarding this order (#S917683) and all continue to be ignored.
UPDATE: I received a message from Livionex customer service taking full ownership of the order issues. They did in fact resolve it in a satisfactory manner.
They never shipped me my order
They never shipped me my order. It's been almost a month and nothing has even been started on its way to me. The first time I contacted them, they did not reply. The second time, they said they were taking it seriously and would look into it, but nothing changed and there was no follow up. I am cancelling my order through my credit card. As far as I can tell by personal experience, this company is a scam. Save your money.
Lying, greedy, crooked business practices
I originally ordered a set of toothpaste tubes from this company in late June of 2025. Part of the order was a promise of 30% cash back. (Shame on me for paying for something online that did not have a Paypal option, first of all- because it is difficult to get $ back from social media swindlers like this otherwise.) I did not see the cash back happening, so I reached out to them on July 4th. Their e-mail response said I should see an email and a credit within 30 days. I did not.
What I DID see was another charge on September 19th for more tubes of toothpaste. I did not authorize this charge. Wondering if I had mistakenly started a subscription, I went to their website. . .and I had NOT. In fact, I screenshotted their actual website where it says "you have no subscriptions associated with this email address". I sent them the proof with an inquiry about the charge. I reached out to them through social media. I finally received an email back where they tried to tell me that my order (the second one- which I had not initiated or authorized) had been manually refunded by 30% . Umm, no, not good enough. I never placed that order. That 30% cash back should have happened for the PREVIOUS order. And no one responded through social media until I made a few story posts where I tagged them and called them out. I then suddenly had someone respond, saying they wanted to help, and asking for the order number. Again, they then went thru the process of telling me about the 30% cash back. Nope, that should have happened earlier, and I never placed a second order. I called them out publicly again. Voila! I finally had a refund pending on my credit card! Or did I. . .
Because after it was pending for a few days, it completely disappeared. No refund after all.
I am so over these companies just deciding they can take people's money and displaying no culpability.
