Didn't receive policy instantly but was fixed quickly.
I made a payment, my card was charged, but I never got my policy confirmation until a few hours later when I reached out to support. I got worried at first but support was great and fixed a system error on their side relatively quick. I'll not down-rate it due to that as I'm very happy with everything else.

most definitely a scam as they have no number to contact, they dont share the underwriter, and i have contact them via their online support and email and asked about the underewriter and they are yet to respond. the final thing would be that i tried paying by credit card incase i was scammed, they just kept refusing it even though i tried multiple cards. Regarding the payment issue, repeated payment attempts can sometimes trigger temporary automated security checks from the payment provider, particularly when multiple cards are attempted within a short period. This can result in transactions being declined temporarily even where funds are available.
If you are still interested in proceeding with insurance through us, our team would also be happy to guide you through the payment process directly via email support.
