Why is FibreNest being installed on my development? The decision to deploy FibreNest to new Persimmon and Charles Church developments was made in specific response to a long history of customer complaints regarding existing mainstream communications providers’ performance. An unacceptable number of delays have been experienced by customers when using existing providers to deliver connectivity to new build homes, leading to dissatisfaction amongst customers when they were unable to access broadband services for long periods of time. Furthermore, once connected, some customers have then been provided with poor speeds, leading to unsatisfactory online experiences. FibreNest is being delivered to new developments to address these issues. We do this by helping ensure that Persimmon Group’s customers have more timely access to exceptional full-fibre broadband speeds and at great prices. When will my service be live? We endeavour to have your service ready for the day you move in to your new home. In the unlikely event that your service is not delivered in time you may be due a credit under our Late Installation Guarantee. Our Customer Support Team will be able to assist you.

I would like to leave a very positive review for the two engineers ( Pawel,Grzegorz)who came to fix my internet connection. They were extremely professional, polite, and knowledgeable. They quickly identified the problem and worked efficiently to resolve it.
They explained everything clearly and made sure the connection was fully working before leaving. It was clear that they take pride in their work and care about providing good service.
Thanks to them, my internet is now working perfectly. I really appreciate their help and excellent attitude. Great service!
I would also like to thank Jacob from Fibrenest (who assisted me over the phone) for his excellent support. He responded quickly to my issue and arranged for engineers to visit and fix my internet problem as soon as possible. I truly appreciate the fast and helpful service

After having issues with our Internet signal dropping regularly, I emailed Fibrenest for advice. Anna responded within an hour, offering a new router. This was dispatched the same day and received the following day.
The set up instructions were simple to follow, and so far, we are receiving a far better signal without interruption.
I can't thank Anna enough for her excellent response.

I have recently moved back into a house I own and contacted Fibrenest to activate a new account. I spoke with a lovely lady called Anna that was so helpful. I’ve only had a few calls with the company but each and everytime they have been amazing and so helpful.
