FibreNest is being delivered to new developments to address these issues. We do this by helping ensure that Persimmon Group’s customers have more timely access to exceptional full-fibre broadband speeds and at great prices. When will my service be live? We endeavour to have your service ready for the day you move in to your new home. In the unlikely event that your service is not delivered in time you may be due a credit under our Late Installation Guarantee. Our Customer Support Team will be able to assist you.

fast service , engineers were able to fix to connection issues we had, Mikolaj and the engineers were professional and able to come out the next working day.
Only reason it's not 5 stars is we still don't get the 500mb speed we pay for.

Thais customer service was absolutely excellent. She went above and beyond to help and resolve a small issue that I had. Additionally, I received several follow up emails to ensure everything was still running smoothly, it really was a fantastic experience.

I was lead to believe that it was simple to connect, just put this code in and away you go, absolutely not it took a good 2 hours and even then it went down and we had to ring up to put things right which was a fault at there end, it seems fine now but its only been a day, so fingers crossed

We had an issue with our internet fibre connection not working and the WiFi router going offline. Our son has medical devices that run off of the internet, so this was a serious issue. When calling Fibrenest dispatched someone as soon as possible, the problem wasn’t a quick fix but Wayne and Marshall the engineers working on it were fast and had great communication with us. Overall a fantastic service.

We moved in and tried to set up the broadband following the instructions however, the fact that we needed the Plume app was missing completely so we had to ring support. He was really helpful and we were set up in no time.

My internet is fine since moving in to my new Persimmon Home in Feb this year.
But most annoyingly I get 2 emails every month telling me that my direct debit is due & moneys will be taken from my account. Quite unnecessary, I spoke with customer services on this, they say nothing that could be done but urged me to state my case via this means.
This is the only company that I’ve ever dealt with that does this.

Had the dreaded connection drop out last night and still no sign of life in the morning. Spoke to Thais and was very helpful, called me back at agreed time and got it all up and running without a engineer visit.

Neil was a really polite, courteous, friendly & knowledgeable engineer.
He arrived at the time agreed & did a great job fitting our new router, despite connectivity issues. He remained calm & patient throughout, Even when our dog was pestering him, he was happy to pet him.
Neil exceeded our expectations & would highly recommend. He delivered a top notch service & is a real asset to FiberNest. Thanks very much Neil. 🤩

I had been experiencing slow internet speeds for a while, but Fibrenest were really helpful in getting everything sorted.
Their support team was responsive, followed up properly, and guided me through troubleshooting. After replacing a cable they provided and running some checks, my speeds are now back to normal and everything is working smoothly.
Really appreciate the level of customer service and how quickly they helped resolve the issue. Definitely a positive experience.
