Engineer arrived on time and changed all the router and other bits,but made no difference but after 36hours all but Sky have righted so all OK now bar Sky so I qess it's a problem with them.So Sky will be out at end of contract.

Despite being promised access to alternative network providers as part of this “community,” nothing has materialised.
Like many residents on Persimmon Homes estates, I’m stuck paying significantly more for broadband than people elsewhere. I’m paying £36 a month (56% more) for speeds under 150Mbps, while providers like Vodafone, Virgin, and Plusnet offer the same service for around £23 where they’re available.
It’s unacceptable to be locked into higher prices with fewer options simply because of where we live!

Avoid if you have a choice. Poor service and broken promises.
Prices advertised as “guaranteed” have already increased twice. Customer service is effectively non‑existent and takes no responsibility. Network reliability is getting worse, with frequent outages and zero compensation. The company clearly relies on its monopoly position and shows little regard for customers.

FibreNest is the worst internet provider.
Unfortunately, I live on a new estate where they have a monopoly, so there are no alternative providers available.
On 18 March – no internet.
On 14 April – no internet again.
And now I’ve been without internet for 43 hours and still waiting.
My daughter works from home and for the second day she has been unable to perform her duties.
Their customer service and technical support are extremely poor — you send them an email and just wait. They have up to 48 hours to respond.
Today is Friday, so nothing will likely change, which means a whole weekend without internet.
This is a disaster — a complete scam, and on top of that, a very expensive one.

Had no choice but to have Fibrenest due to being in a new build, that said, happy with the service. I have the £35 per month package which is more expensive than my last provider but only by a couple of pounds and the 5G for the television is great. I get really good signal around the whole house and it’s fast enough for all that I use it for (streaming TV, working on laptop, phone). I love the app which means you can check speed etc and see all your devices that are logged on to the wifi. Would recommend.

Our Fibre Nest service is down yet again today, after already being down all day on the 14th of April and all day on the 18th of March as well. It is unreliable, expensive and unacceptable given that the company have a monopoly on broadband on our Persimmon site. I’m not surprised at the poor service given it is endorsed by Persimmon and I could not recommend either company to anyone under any circumstances.
The internet often goes down for minutes at a time as well and if you contact customer services, you generally get a reply a few days later telling you to turn the router off for 20 minutes, which doesn’t resolve the issue. Stressful to deal with in every way.
