Furthermore, once connected, some customers have then been provided with poor speeds, leading to unsatisfactory online experiences. FibreNest is being delivered to new developments to address these issues. We do this by helping ensure that Persimmon Group’s customers have more timely access to exceptional full-fibre broadband speeds and at great prices. When will my service be live? We endeavour to have your service ready for the day you move in to your new home. In the unlikely event that your service is not delivered in time you may be due a credit under our Late Installation Guarantee. Our Customer Support Team will be able to assist you.

Been a fibrenest user for 6 years and overall happy with the service. I had some trouble a few months back with the connection tripping but it was sorted upon informing them.

Marcus came out to us today to help us with a broken cable that left us without internet. We were very happy that FibreNest arranged to have someone sent out just a day after contacting them. Marcus was very friendly and very helpful, after realising we had the wrong set up for the past few months he even took the time to show me how to set everything up for maximum connection after fixing our issue. We are very very happy with the service received on all ends, and will be looking to stay with fibrenest once our contracts come to renewal. Thank you all.

Great service but...
Great customer service doesn't make up for:
Being twice the cost of comparable suppliers on Openreach networks
Terrible routers that constantly overheat
Persimmon having chosen to create a money spinning monopoly rather than offer customers the service they actually want - Openreach
And to top it all they insist they have to rub your face in the price twice, every single month, and when you challenge them they just prove how little they know by stating they are required to for DD purposes... when did you last get more than one payment schedule for your Council Tax DD for the whole year?
So all in all. No. Just no.

The Fibrenest team were amazing from start to finish when I completely lost my WiFi signal: Called team at 7pm and the engineer arrived the next day. Patel completed a complex due to be having a media wall and needing to run a new cable. He went above and beyond to ensure the wall wasn’t damaged but also explained what he was doing to fix the problem. Pawel texted me the night before to confirm the job and at 8am the next day called to confirm the time he would be. He also asked me questions about the situation to ensure he could complete it successfully. I now have my WiFi back and the media wall isn’t damaged at all. Absolutely amazing engineer!!! Great communication and workmanship!

Just moved into a new build, everything that could have gone wrong was going wrong including my internet didn’t work, called customer support and was helped over the next few hours by one of the support and he was brilliant. By the end of the day we hadn’t sorted and it looked like we needed an engineer to come out BUT the support guy kept looking in to this behind the scenes and continued escalation when needed. Next morning he phoned to say it was sorted and to check a few things and that I wouldn’t have to wait 3 days for an engineer. I know it should have worked from the beginning, but the support was brilliant because support wouldn’t let it go, they were determined to sort this. Thank you!! Much appreciated.
