What is FibreNest? FibreNest is a new provider of ultrafast, full-fibre broadband and voice communication services. We deliver 100%, totally unlimited full-fibre optic internet access directly into new Persimmon Group homes across mainland England, Wales and Scotland - supported with excellent standards of customer service. Why is FibreNest being installed on my development? The decision to deploy FibreNest to new Persimmon and Charles Church developments was made in specific response to a long history of customer complaints regarding existing mainstream communications providers’ performance. An unacceptable number of delays have been experienced by customers when using existing providers to deliver connectivity to new build homes, leading to dissatisfaction amongst customers when they were unable to access broadband services for long periods of time. Furthermore, once connected, some customers have then been provided with poor speeds, leading to unsatisfactory online experiences. FibreNest is being delivered to new developments to address these issues. We do this by helping ensure that Persimmon Group’s customers have more timely access to exceptional full-fibre broadband speeds and at great prices. When will my service be live? We endeavour to have your service ready for the day you move in to your new home. In the unlikely event that your service is not delivered in time you may be due a credit under our Late Installation Guarantee. Our Customer Support Team will be able to assist you.

Very poor communication

Service has been extremely disappointing. I agreed to a payment arrangement which was confirmed via email and phone, yet my service was still disconnected multiple times. I’m now being charged late fees for issues caused by their own failure to honour the agreement. Poor communication and very frustrating to deal with.

They do not care about anything else other than taking your money.
The only reason why I am with this provider is because I got stuck with it when I moved in to a new build.

Quick & Helpful Engineer Visit Arrange After Complaining via Email

My internet connection had been cutting in and out so I emailed their support team for help. Mikolaj reached back out very quickly and arranged for an engineer to visit within 2 days to sort it. They fully updated our system, were kind and courteous, and explained the new system thoroughly. Mikolaj also reached back out a few days later to check everything was working as it should. The internet has been working perfectly since the engineer's visit, and I'm extremely happy with the service and support I received!

Very expensive

Very expensive, £37pm for 75mbs. Connection is in and out quite a bit, can’t take phone calls when in living room even thought the router is in the same room.

Our internet is absolutely appalling. Can’t even download a film on the sky box it takes over a day for it to be available to watch.

Fibrenest finally came through

I’ve written many reviews about Fibrenest over the past two years, and slated them for their Customer Service and the fact that they only try to make money off of everything including the supply of extra nodes to enable you to be able to use the Internet properly throughout the house.
I find myself today writing to you to let you know that for once they have come through and the Internet they provide now is solid and faster than it’s ever been and the note they provided was free of charge and I would like to thank them for this.

Can't respond to customer service

Asked to change invoice date numerous times, confirmed it on the phone, still receive emails asking to change it, when try to reply it doesn't go through yet.

Only use because we had to as part of moving into a new build, once that changes we will be moving on to a different company

Fibrenest set-up

Rang to help get my Fibrenest set up for a new build ahead of my completion date.
Nigel was so kind and patient and stayed on the phone to make sure each stage of the set up was complete. He even rang me back when the line got cut off!
Also offered me some great advice to make sure that I was on the right package once I have moved in.
Great first impression of Fibrenest and their customer support.

Excellent service. Recommended

I have had excellent service from Fibrenest. I have never had any issues with my broadband service from Fibrenest, it always runs spot on at the correct speed. I accidentally broke a fibre cable when I moved some furniture about. I rang customer services late on a Sunday afternoon, no waiting in a queue.I had an engineer attend first thing on Monday morning, and replaced the cable very quickly. Very friendly engineer, and he helped me set up the plume app on my phone. All running well, very good speed. Very pleased with the service from Fibrenest

The engineer that attended today was…Marcus

The engineer that attended today was friendly and polite, got straight to work on the problem and had me back up and running in no time at all. It was nice to have someone in my home that actually engaged in conversation and didn’t just sit there with miserable face on his phone looking like he was bored of what he was doing (had many of those over the years).
Top class customer service from an engineer that knew what he was doing and you could tell he had years of experience. Internet has been top notch since he left. Thank you.

The service and speed of internet has…

The service and speed of internet has been good. The issues I did have were minimal and resolved within hours. FibreNest were usually aware of the issues and we're quick to update me about resolving them.
The 1 complaint would be, they are the only service providers on the estate and there are no cheaper alternative companies yet. They have informed me that this will change so that I can have the option in future.
