The service I receive from Flying Colours is very good. They keep you informed on current world events that may affect the economic climate and provide key points on the financial market. The email about the last Chancellors spring statement was extremely helpful. John Fielding, my financial advisor, replies and and provides advice on my queries very quickly. He uses a language I understand !

Flying Colours has done well by us. We wanted to invest in ethical funds, and as a dual US citizen I am limited in the investments open to me. Flying Colours advisors listened to what we wanted, told us information I didn't know about the implications of my citizenship, and helped us find investments that have performed extremely well. They are also polite and friendly. The only issues I have are that sometimes responses are a bit slow, and the staff turn over very quickly; we're now on our fourth advisor in only a few years, and that gets confusing.

My financial advisor Sara Aurora Is very personable, professional, friendly and welcoming. We are on the same page when we talk as she explains everything so well and keeps in touch. I am happy with all the updates from flying colours especially with current events impacting investments. As a retired mortgage advisor with AFPC qualifications during my time as an IFA previously for the bank I was mortgage advisor for I fully understand the long term nature and risk profile of my investment and potential fluctuations in value which I am prepared for and as I said to Sarah I am comfortable and confident with my investment and am in it for the long haul as I have kept plenty of cash reserves to avoid the need to drawdown on my investment for many years to come

John explained everything in an understandable manner, with great emphasis on understanding my attitude to risk.
Regular updates so I can see my investment is in the best place.

After reading a great number of Guy Myles articles in the i newspaper and then speaking to Flying Colours, I made the decision to invest my funds into a SIPP account. Although it's been a relatively short time, I have no regrets and I'm very pleased with results.

NT listens to what we want and then turns it into an investment portfolio aligned with our long term plans. He is also a fantastic intermediary between us and unseen bureaucracies beyond his immediate control. We have a very useful annual review but can always contact him in the meantime.
