A perfect service for me watching UK television abroad. I am subscribed to
fiber high speed internet service now and that solved all the buffering problems. We are subscrebed to this service for about 4 years by now, we do not regret for picking Expat Prime. The best television service in the world. Their service by their website solved us any issue, I needed.

Am a very unhappy unsatisfied paying customervif expat prime . Very good during the day but as from 19hrs the reception is terrible, buffering all evening. When I complain they ask what device I'm using , this has absolutely nothing to do with my TV all my apps work perfectly. As soon as I find another English TV app I definitely will stop my prescription
A happy customer for 2 years
I've been a happy customer for over 2 years. I live in Canada with high speed cable internet and use their Fire TV apo. I have never experienced buffering. Only occasionally does "catch-up" fail to record minor channels.This is the most stable IPTV I have ever used - but also the most expensive.
Service getting worse
Service getting worse. All channels off again, third time in less than a week. Not sure if it’s worth renewing as you can’t be sure you will get to see the programme you want. Very unhappy with them.
Absolutely fantastic TV
Absolutely fantastic TV. Works great for me via their 25 Euro box and the few problems I have had have been quickly solved on line. Well worth the monthly fee for Live and prerecorded programmes from the UK and the USA

IT STOPPED WORKING!
As of when I'm typing this, this TV service has stopped working and appears to have shut down. I checked on Down For Everyone Or Just Me and it does say that expatprime.tv and watch.expatprime.tv are both down, and I checked on Who.is and it appears as though their domains are inactive!!! I tried the mobile app for Android and iOS and over there it says there is a connection error.
It's a real shame, as this was actually a really nice TV service with certain channels you just can't find anywhere else. Looks like I'm going to have to migrate to another service elsewhere, sadly.
Support is pathetic or non existant
Support is pathetic or non existant! I have and Android TV Box, either the the box cannot find it or it gives an error saying isnt avaialble for this device. Yet worked fine on previous TV Box which was Identical.
You get nowhere in live chat half dont know what they are talking about, and emailing is a waste of time. Not happy at all.
Absolutely a rip off
Absolutely a rip off - I sent postage money ( 25 Euros ) to get a so called Expat Prime set-top box - I never received it. I tried to contact them and none of my messages got through even to the email address that they once replied to me. It says on the web page that there is a live chat - when you click on it nothing happens. Getting in touch with them is impossible. I would highly recommend to keep away from this so called service.

From November 2021 I have been having buffering problems in the evening after 7pm and i get to try the tests suggested but it is a stop and start showing which is very annoying. I am thinking of cancelling my monthly subscription.

I have the same issue as you Jon. 7days only live streaming working, catchup just buffing. same happened 3 weeks before. if you watch it at 5am nz time it all works until the afternoon when it starts buffing. i have complained for seven days and just been fobbed off with updates coming to talking to cnd providers. don't play around with the cache or reset as makes no difference as its normally 100% an issue there end. they have give up talking to me. Shame as the service used to be good. I am now finding another provider.

Then you spend your evening watching stop start tv or usually no tv at all.. tech support tells you the same thing every time , reboot, clear cache etc.. which I do but it makes no difference, very frustrated I won’t be renewing, find another supplier is my recommendation.

Go for more reliable servuce
Dont use them. Spend more on better and more extensive service. The two week free trial was good..a little buffering but only for seconds. But, as soon as I started a subscription the issues started 1. From day one I was no longer able to record. Also frequent buffering...or loss of channel sating ' this channel not broadcasting as present' ..that's uk channel at 10pm!!! 3. For 6 days now u casny read planner clearly..as some channels..are on top of each other in the list. I have not managed to reach ANYONE on live chat to query this..I have to keep leaving a message. I then get email reply later in day..which is stand stuff eg..'our team in working I fixing this issue'. its been 3 weeks! My last messages from this morning, over 12 hours later have not been replied to. I'm now looking for another tv service...recommended by my neighbours in Costa Blanca. More expensive. Loads more channels..box sets film and sport channels. Probably more than I actually need...but worth it to be hassle free.
Thinking about switching to Expat Prime
I am not currently a customer with Expat Prime but have another supplier with constant buffering and streaming problems.
I am seriously losing my patience and would like to switch to another supplier. Is there any buffering or streaming problems with Expat Prime and is 7 day catchup still available, which other suppliers have been forced to stop.

I have been with them for over a year and any queries I have had have made have been swiftly dealt with. I especially enjoy the On Demand feature which allows me to watch recorded programmes when I want instead of live TV
