An excellent audience research project from start to finish…

Mark understood the brief for Southsea Food Festival and delivered a great research plan to understand our visitors on the day and our traders taking part. The final research findings were insightful, allowing us to make real time operational tweaks during the event. The final report was excellently presented for all our stakeholders to fully understand and the insights allowed us to confidently promote the economic impact of the event for the first time. We will be working wit Evosa again to build on this.

Well researched and professional

Our experience was really positive and professional. Research had been undertaken prior to the work so that it was as productive and we have implemented feedback with success, something we were really grateful for. What a great company

Mark really took the time to understand our business and gave me clear, smart advice on our overall strategy. Everything he suggested was practical and made a lot of sense for where we are and where we want to go.

On the marketing side, Mark had a lot of great ideas on how to reach the right people. His recommendations felt tailored to us, not just one-size-fits-all advice, which I really appreciated.

Brilliant experience

Mark is a very engaging speaker and delivered an interesting breakdown of CX concepts full of take-home advice at a recent networking meeting I hosted. He made the topic approachable and broke down the customer journey clearly, and was very helpful throughout the meeting and during Q&As.
It is clear Mark has a passion for what he does and for supporting others, and was more than happy to help when I approached him. I would fully recommend working with Evosa.
