The best timber supplier within Southend
The service on ordering the plywood through the website was excellent, and when I went to collect my order, one of the staff brought it to my car and helped me put the plywood on the roof. The service was excellent and the timber of high quality.
The price of the timber is excellent and far better than any other timber supplier and definitely my first choice for any timber in future

Decking Project
After spending hours looking to buy materials to build a decking we decided to buy through a local supplier who were offering exactly what we wanted, with the customisations that we wanted at a better price than the big retailers. The website was logical and intuitive to use and we were offered free delivery. The quality of the timber delivered was excellent and made the overall project much easier to deliver. The delivery service was excellent also, the driver was very attentive to where it was most appropriate and convenient to drop to.

Ordered two different lengths of decking for my garden online via a very easy-to-use site. I had some initial questions regarding delivery and phoned through before purchasing. The guy I spoke to was very helpful, friendly and polite.
This friendliness continued on the delivery date. Two helpful gents arrived on time and assisted with the offloading, carrying through a very tight entrance-way!
Overall experience with Essex Timber & Plywood was nothing short of excellent. Ordered on the Wednesday and had delivered on the Friday.
Highly recommend to anyone in need of decking or other wood materials.
