I signed up with Laura for one course and ended up booking two. Laura was incredibly supportive. She checked in with me *all the time. She held me accountable- exactly what I needed.
I wanted to loose a stone. I lost one stone 3 lbs and 8 months on I have kept the weight off. It’s a straight forward plan and it’s a healthy way of living. No starving. Just loads of protein, veggies, walking, and moderation in moderation. I 100% 💯 recommend Laura’s program.

Working with Laura was brilliant with daily inspiration, encouragement and nudges to keep me on track.

I achieved my goal of losing a dress size and I feel awesome. I look forward to continuing this journey armed with the knowledge that I need to make lifelong changes.

Realising I can still lose weight despite a low thyroid function and post a hysterectomy was encouraging.

I had almost concluded it was a near impossible task but Laura convinced me it’s possible. And we made it happen in two months.

I signed up for the 30 day Reset a bit apprehensive at first and overwhelmed but from the first day Laura was with me to reassure me and put me at ease nothing was a problem for her , Laura has thought me to have a healthy lifestyle change that I absolutely love and feel better than I ever have and the only regret I have is not doing it sooner !!

So to begin from the beginning. I reached out to Laura in june 2021 after following Elite Nutrition on social media for almost year, I wanted to change, and inherit a healthy way of eating and a healthy lifestyle,not a quick fix or a crash diet ,where I would be starving and miserable... so I knew Elite Nutrition was just what I was looking for...
Laura and I had several conversations about food excersise etc where she got to know me and I got to know her so working together was amazing and easy.
Received my plan which was for 30 days and to my surprise was perfect she tailored it for me and to my likes..She had my back 24/7 she was only a phone call or txt message away for support when you thought you weren't getting anywhere or when you had self doubt.
After my 30days were up I was down 14lbs in weight and lost inches from head to toe....😁

What a fantastic journey with Laura, The program is easy to follow with the nutrition and guidance each step of the way, The first 2 weeks is the hardest but once you get used to the plan it’s really good, Laura is exceptional at her work always a text away with all her help and advice, and is not afraid to let you know if it’s not right, Tips on food with photos and advice I have lost 14 pounds so far and the good thing is with this plan your not craving or hungry like all the other diets I tried without success, highly recommend Laura and her plan on nutritious healthy food which is easy to stick with, Thanks Laura.
