The whole process was seamless. From quote to measuring up to having them fitted. All staff are so polite and courteous. Fitters left not a speck of dust. I would definitely recommend them. Their prices are also reasonable.

I used Diamond Shutters on recommendation from a neighbour and a friend how pleased am I that I did, total pleasure from the minute I walked into the shop, to the guy who came to measure up to the 2 guys that actually fitted them, everything was made so easy from start to finish, I cannot recommend this company enough, I absolutely love the quality and the finished result many thanks

The shutters from Diamond Shutters are good quality and look great, and the staff are friendly and professional. The fitters did a neat job, and the service overall was solid. However, the shutters don’t provide total blackout, as mentioned, which might not suit everyone. A decent experience, but room for improvement in some areas. 3 stars.

After having shutters fitted by Diamond Shutters many years ago,the runners needed replacing.
Even though the parts were obsolete, the team at Diamond managed a work around & our blinds now run like new once again.
