Amazing quality defo bying off here agin thank u

Ordered three products, and received an email telling me the items were "out of stock". They refused to respond to me at all until I told them I was going to report them, and then still refused to refund me and instead tried to get me to pick from a tiny selection of completely different (and very ugly) designs.
Classic bait and switch, advertising products they don't have and taking the money, then trying to fob you off with random alternatives hoping you'll just accept it.
Had to dispute through PayPal to get refund. PayPal processed it immediately without investigation, which suggests they're very well acquainted with this company...

Good delivery, great pictures, colourful, easy to follow directions. I love dimond art. 😀

Ordering from this company was very easy and a great selection of diamond art canvasses to choose from.
Also give you a choice off round or square dots so that’s good.

I am very pleased with this piece of diamond art. The smallest detail was picked up with the diamonds. Great material. Easy to do. Every diamond picked up the right colour in the right aspect of the lighting in the original photograph. It's created a beautiful piece of art for my home.

The kits are not that expensive . They have a variety of different images which I like. The only one negative I have is when I got my delivery the boxes were a bit damaged but apart from that can’t wait to start doing the kits once I have got through my stash.

The three pictures I ordered came in securely and well-wrapped packaging. There were plenty of drills to complete the pictures (in fact I have some left over). The extra package of more wax pads, tweezers and a comfort-grip holder for the pen were a welcome addition. I will not hesitate to use this company again.
