We specialise in checking and processing Basic Disclosure applications and provide support and advice specifically for the Basic Disclosure Online Application. We do not currently handle applications for Standard or Enhanced DBS checks although we may be able to advise on who you need to contact if you do require a Standard or Enhanced DBS check.

The process.
I feel like Ross was patient and we got through the application.
However, I didn't give 5 stars because this is a completely new process for me and I feel like they aren't always the most helpful with guidance it is more asking the same question over and over again. However, I appreciated Ross's time, patience and also understanding.

I received a respose within 24 hours communicated through email which directed me where to go.
The assistant Alisa was very helpful and communicated clearly to me what I needed to do.

Kathryn was really helpful whether it was on the phone or email, we did find the process with CRB more complex than other providers but nonetheless we got there in the end, probably a 1* without Kathryn.
