Quickly spoke to a person who was immediately able to resolve my situation. The easiest company I have dealt with all day on the same topic of having to close an account following a bereavement. Exactly what you need when times are tough.

Help for the computer helpless
I initially spoke with DENYS, who connected me with Clive Tong, with whom I discussed the service provided and how I could get the emergency service.
I could not send back the ABBY onboarding form, nor send in my photo. Clive took my info over the phone and is arranging for a completed form to be sent to me for signature.
Without the help of Denys and Clive, I would not have been able to sign on for the emergency assistance.

Unhelpful support staff
Unhelpful support staff. I share caring responsibilities for my 94 yr old mother. I was contacted by Careium about replacement of analogue equipment with digital equipment. I still work and it's not always possible , or convenient to take a call at work. Eventually , I spoke to Ahmed at Careium with a view to arranging an appointment for the upgrade. No explanation was offered of what was involved , how the equipment would now work (I found that out on the website). I was told that an engineer, independent of Carium, must carry out the work but Careium can't specify at what time , even whether it will be morning or afternoon. I explained that I don't live at the property and it is extremely inconvenient to wait in a whole day for a promised phone call giving me 30 minutes warning of the impending call. It was clear to me that Ahmed couldn't care less, he's done his part in arranging the appointment and is no longer interested in any inconvenience this causes me. I see from reading other reviews that Careium is supposedly a wonderful , caring company that goes out of its way to assist its customers. That's not my experience at all, they couldn't care less.

I rang this company which was 2nd on my…
I rang this company (Careium) which was 2nd on my list of 6 to get a quote for a personal Alarm for my husband.
I spoke with a lovely young lady called Sophie Farrant.
She was so warm and friendly but remained professional at all times.
She explained everything to me and listened and answered all my questions.
Her customer care was 2nd to none.
Needless to say I didn’t continue down my list and I ordered the personal Alarm whilst on the phone.
Thank you Sophie, you are lovely.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. From the setting up of the contract to the termination everything was dealt with professionally and everyone was helpful and kind. Denys Oleksiienko in the Finance Department was very polite and kind when speaking with him on cancelling the contact. Many thanks to all the staff.

Successful outcome
Our current care link provider had given notice to end its service and so having reviewed our options we decided to make arrangements with Careium who collected all the necessary information and confirmed that a Elisa would be delivered within the next three days unfortunately the unit did not arrive and as time was running out we contacted Careium to raise our concerns and thankfully Amy Woolett in customer service came to the rescue and quickly made all the necessary arrangements to have the unit delivered the next day she also ensured its arrival confirming delivery and offered any additional support this was extremely important to us and we’re very grateful for her professional support and conduct in this matter

Always been good
Always been good. Cancelled service today as husband has gone into full time residential care. Would definitely use them for myself if it was ever needed.

A few days ago I phoned to get further information about an alarm and optional extra products. I spoke to Amy (advisor) who was charming, kind, and extremely helpful. After the conversation she sent an email in simple straightforward language to confirm the information she had given me at my request. First contact- fantastic service
I called the company today to discuss getting a life line for my dad and was extremely impressed with the service I received. I spoke to Amy Woollet, she was very kind and empathetic for the reasons of us needing the life line in place. The ordering was so simple and the product arrives this Wednesday! Amy talked me through everything and made the process very easy so far!
