Avoid this company!!!!

If I didn’t have to give a star I would not! Avoid clicking any links on their ads!!! It is a scam! I clicked on it which took me to PayPal, a pop up came up to buy more, I then immediately clicked X to cancel. I checked PayPal right away and they added on multiple things and it went from $17.00 to them charging $46.90 to PayPal without me confirming an order. I immediately contacted all the email addresses I could, and they refused to stop the order. Stay away!!!!!

Misleading…….. DO NOT BUY

Misleading as the price on the website do not reflect the money they charged. The charged is way higher and not explained at check out/no total cost at checkout but preceded with payment anyway due to good reviews here only to find out the actual cost taken from my account was way higher than expected. Additional cost was standard shipping + shipping warranty £9.98 (both hidden at check out).

Tried to cancel my order the same day but they asked a lot of details which should be available in their site anyway, sort of delaying tactic and then told me in the end product had been dispatched and can’t cancel. I could return but i am sure the shipping fee and shipping warranty won’t be refunded.

Will consult trading standards. They should be banned.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. Purchased one item but was charged for extra products which I had declined. Immediately contacted them and asked to cancel the order. But they kept saying they couldn't get the order up on the screen etc, etc. then of course they told me it was too late and the item had been dispatched. Avoid at all costs

Edited to say that following my complaint I have now received a full refund. Thank you for resolving

DO NOT BUY

Looks like most of the reviews are FAKE. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
The webpages are very misleading when you go through purchase and they end up charging you over a hundred pounds more than what it says on the webpage. When you try to cancel the order less than 6 hours later, they claim they have dispatched and therefore cancelling is not possible. Could not provide proof of dispatch to substantiate their claim.
