Ordered an item late November and two months later it has not arrived. The company has stopped responding to me. The tracking hasn’t updated since Dec 24 and it is now a month later. I tried disputing it through Paypal and they were no help. The company claims it was delivered but no tracking number states that. Do not buy from this company!!

I want to give ZERO stars, I ordered three little stuffed bunny's for my grand daughter for Christmas 2024, they still have not shown up,
They day they were delivered but they were not.
I want the money I spent refunded.

Never received produce after 6 weeks
They use cheapest delivery system and get
products shipped from out of USA
They are a sham
AVOID them like a plague !!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Total scam. It's been months, they refuse to give me a refund. Instead they give giving me tracking info to new packages that never arrive. I'm working with PayPal to resolve.

I ordered two cashmere sweaters. Took 60 days, and I received a cheap looking gold chain. Scammers. I bought via PayPal and I'm gonna see if credit card can help me with a stop payment/refund.

Ordered little toys for my grandsons in early November. Despite a deluge of messages touting the parcel’s progress, it never arrived. I was advised by my credit card company to request an order cancellation and refund. I did so several times. No response. Steer clear of this website.

I ordered four (4) hand made soft charms & tin boxes on 14 December 2024 for my Grandchildren. The package arrived 22 January 2025. The shipping box was in good condition. But in the shipping box there were only three (3) soft charms, of the 4 tin boxes 2 were in perfect condition, 2 were crushed like a pancake. I have not been able to communicate with anyone from the company. Bonnie Turban

I placed an order on 12/10/24 and never received it. I inquired last week since the tracking stopped on 1/7/25 in a state far from mine and only got a generic answer which felt like excuses and still nothing 10 weeks later. This was a Christmas gift so I don’t recommend trusting this company.

Literal garbage. Order a pair of jeans and they were snagged and stained when they arrived not to mention straight trash quality. Absolutely do not waste your money.

I was fearful that I would not recieve this product ( bluetooth phone charger). Ordered in November and still has not arrived. There is not a customer service . They hide the charging name from your CC statement so that you cannot locate the charge, DONT DO IT. SCAM!!!!!!!!

I ordered something for Christmas for grandsons. and I still don't have it. Ordered 2 weeks before Christmas. It's awful!! I just got an update that it is finally in Bismarck, N. D. I'm in Duluth, MN. I'll NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE OR ANY PLACE OVERSEAS AGAIN. LIVE AND LEARN.

I ordered 5 of the dragons for Christmas gifts and finally received them on Jan 15th. And needless to say, I was very disappointed in the size and quality of them. I guess you get what you pay for!! Beware of this company!

Ordered Bluetooth speaker/charger for Christmas gift,finally received it onJan15th charged for 2 hrs like instructions state and it does not work. JUNK. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Scammers!!!! My order purchased through facebook and it never arrived..41 days since parcel was supposedly shipped and still waiting. Sent multiple emails to the support centre at Buletboard.com and was given multiple excuses for delay including awaiting for updates from courier, incorrect tracking number given and told to be patient and that parcel was tracking normally. Made a Paypal claim which was refused…was advised that the decision was made because PayPal received shipment tracking from the seller confirming that the item was delivered..case closed. Obviously the seller has the ability to scam PayPal as well. Courier tracking company 17track still shows the parcel as in transit. Seller also acknowledged in all communication messages on the PayPal resolution forum during the dispute process that the parcel was still in transit. How are they getting away with this???

I ordered 6 dinosaur eggs on December 15, 2024. I am still waiting and can't get a refund because it's been shipped. I had no idea that it was coming from overseas. This was a Christmas present. Beware!!!! I don't know if I will ever receive my order.
