Package did not arrived. Tracking number sent is not even helpful. Been asking update from customer service and always said it's in transit for 3 months! And when asked again about update, they said package was delivered! Checked again the tracking number , viola, it was delivered sometime a month ago even if there was no package received/delivered. Been asking for refund but they keep insisting package was delivered! It's a SCAM..Buyer Beware!!!!

I got product. I bought USB cable.
Ordered 3, only 1 one show light. Working one while I charge to my Samsung phine,bits keeps saying check your cable and its charging but will take more hours to charge.
I do not recommend their products. Totally unsatisfied!!!!

The company lied to PayPal and gave them a tracking number that doesn’t exist and PayPal sign it with them so I am out the item and out my money

What a scam. I ordered on Dec 3 and still not received my item. I sent two emails and received a response both times stating that it was on its way and to be patient. However the first tracking order they sent showed it came from Italy and made it to NYC. The second tracking number showed it came from China and had already been delivered. SCAM

Absolutely appalled at Budget Book. It's nothing like what was advertised. Not even close to images portrayed. Pages missing. The book is so small you can't possibly write any information in the space provided. I want a full refund.! Extremely disappointed!!

Ordered some items in November 2024 and from the very start, the tracking number seemed very off. The items apparently traveled all over the world, back and forth, and was supposedly delivered in January 2025. It was not. I emailed them and they told me to check with my neighbors, and the post office. Neither resulted in any success. Emailing back and forth has gone from "it was delievered", to "we sent you the wrong tracking number" to "we messed up, but it was delievered", trust me bro. They're complete scammers. I fail to believe that ANY of the positive reviews are real. Please stay away from these awful people.

I ordered a toy dragon for my grandson way back in November 2024. Finally in January 2025, the tracker stated it was close to the USA. In February, I got an email that my package was delivered on Jan 27, 2025. I order a lot on-line and never had an issue with packages being delivered. I am retired, so I am home to receive my packages quickly. I checked with neighbors and no one received the package. They have discontinued communications with me since I requested a refund. Really disappointed in this company.

I ordered a item from this company and I received it very quickly but what I liked is that the company reached out to me to make sure I received the order and asked if I was satisfied with everything. Yes, this is a good company and I'll be ordering again.

This company is horrible!!!! I ordered some dragon things for Christmas and still have not received the package. I ordered them on 12/10/24. They overcharged me, and now they are saying that the package was delivered, and it was never delivered.

Would not recommend doing business with this company. Placed an order for $28.11, yet they processed a $35.14 payment from my credit card. Also, this husband/wife Memphis business only has overseas contact info. I assume from China.

I ordered a lamp, radio, phone charger,Dec.17th. Still hasn't been received! Their tracking is a joke. Checked with USPS they don't have the number given. 3 days ago their tracking showed it was in Chicago, that's only 2 hours from where I live. Still waiting! Will never use this rip off place again, I feel I am out the money......

I opened a dispute on PayPal on two days later, they closed my dispute because the seller claimed I received my item. But when I pull up the tracking number to this day, it still says delayed this one on for weeks I kept emailing them asking them when I’m going to receive this item, it was supposed to be a Christmas gift and they kept emailing back. Oh I’m sorry it’s being delayed blah blah blah. So I’ve been getting the runaround the whole time do not order from this company. It’s a scam. I’m so mad right now because PayPal is claiming I received it. I sent them many screenshots of emails saying my item is delayed.

This company operates from China and has no link to the US. They sent fake screen shots pretending the item is being shipped via US.

Finally received the 2, liquid brow applicators. Neither of them had enough 'ink' to lay down much of any color. I barely got one use out of each one. Very disappointed and would not recommend at all!

Scammers be aware .I purchased a pair of jeans last week in January 2005 and noticed in my bank account I was charged $92.00 AUD. Instead of $38.00 they admit nothing on website states the actual charge .Immediately I sent an email and they sent a generic one back saying they were refunding a fee of $8. and that was tok late to refund me . Iv contacted my bank to cancel the transactions which will cancel my c/card . I've sent multiple emails which say they given my additional fee charged and not listening . They are preying on ppl nor questioning g the extra fees and u are charge in US $. I've ready the quality is poor .they need to be shut down

Ordered 3 clock radios back in December and still haven't received them yet. Received a email saying that they were being resent, and then another email saying that they were going on vacation for a week. I just want my money back now, this was supposed to have been a Christmas gift for my kids.

I placed an order back in Dec and I month later I checked the tracking and noticed that it was delivered to the individual, and I can tell you that I haven't received anything, now can you do something about that? or should I report you as a scam? I will place it anywhere I can to let people know that ur a scam...

Ordered in November, never recieved my package was always excuses and kept trying to tell me they were rerouting package to find out it was returned to them. They said that it wasn't being returned to their regular warehouse so because they weren't receiving the package they wouldn't be able to refund my money and if I wanted the items I would have to cover a shipping cost and a further cost due to them losing money. NEVER will order from this company again it was the absolute worst customer service experience. Constant automated messages and not proper communication and they don't try to fix the situation. I should have checked before I ordered but I wanted the fidgets for my kids for Xmas.

I ordered the Wireless Bluetooth Translation Earbuds. Never received the earbuds. My package was marked as delivered, They informed me because I item was marked as delivered, I needed to contact the shipping company for a refund. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. How can my item arrive in the customs United States and be delivered within the same day?

I ordered a Bluetooth speaker as a Christmas gift back in November. Now we are at the end of Jan and still no product. Tracking is a joke. I finally got a notice from the USPS postal service for the last leg of its journey and the post office has confiscated the package due to fraudulent postage applied to the package. The post office says package will NOT be delivered. Bulletbord keeps asking me to send them a reciept for the additional postage paid at the post office when I picked up the package. I don't have the package and am not offered a chance to pick it up or pay the postage. I want my money back and will be reporting the incident to my bank tomorrow and getting my money back.
