A company steals products and refuses to ship them to people. The same story happened to me. I sent them products worth more than $800 and verified my account with all my personal information. I sent them a receipt for the product and the product arrived to them. After that, they refused to ship and are getting rid of the products. We will file a lawsuit.

Service Review

While their service is generally excellent, several drawbacks and challenges are worth noting. Recently, I've encountered significant delays, including:

Response Times: Delays in communication, with responses taking longer than usual.

Package Crediting: There have been unusually long delays in crediting packages to my account, sometimes taking 3 to 5 business hours. Weekend deliveries often experience even longer delays, with searches carried over to the next business day.

Tracking Issues: Each time a package arrives, I need to contact them via WhatsApp and send a photo of the shipment tracking number, which adds to the hassle.

Other Negatives:

Photo Provision: While they provide photos of shipment tracking numbers, no images of the recipient's package itself are available. This is somewhat helpful but incomplete.

Limited Shipping Options: Only FedEx is available as a shipping company, offering no alternatives.

Cost Accuracy: Shipping costs often lack accuracy, with noticeable discrepancies in pricing.

Despite these issues, the service has notable strengths, but addressing these concerns would greatly enhance the overall experience.

I will look for an alternative that meets my needs until their services improve, and I truly hope they will.

They are just amazing, customer service was fast and reliable just like their shipping method. Even though my order was somewhat troublesome for them, they managed to help me out and on getting my stuff. I have to point out the customer service, it is chat-based with instant replies, helpful, friendly, informative and overall just amazing. I reccomend the service with no doubts at all.
