you gonna lose a lot of time. more than 24h to pop up the vps with a lame support ticket you are not notified, when finally it should pop up then they block you with another ticket to ask a crazy KYC process that should permit them to take over your identity .passport photo , credit card, invoice, SIN..it is just crazy. At the moment, the operator is sending me back to another support ticket to get back my money as I am not willing to transfer all this confidential info to a foreign company. You were offered payment options that do not require verification: cryptocurrency, Coingate Crypto, Alipay Unionpay via Payssion, PayPal, Payeer Crypto.
But card payments require a high level of verification, and this is a requirement of the regulators.
All our terms and conditions are described in the rules.
Also, the funds were returned to you immediately after your request within 3 minutes.
You did not agree with the terms and conditions, so you refused the service. That is fair.
But you could have familiarized yourself with our rules. We offered you options for receiving the service without verification. We returned your funds instantly.
Therefore, your rating does not seem fair at all.
This is an irresponsible service provider with the potential to commit fraud.
I saw this company's ad on Google, it was prominently displayed, so I clicked on it. Their promises were excellent, including unlimited data, etc. So I placed an order and paid. Then, they sent me a support ticket asking me to confirm an email, which I did. They then sent me another support ticket asking me to confirm my address, which I also completed. The last support ticket, due to rampant credit card fraud, required me to provide my identity information (ID card) and a photo of my card. I found this unacceptable. I just wanted to buy a basic VPS, and I passed 3D security verification, yet I received this treatment. It's truly terrible, and their customer service is unresponsive. I decided not to use their service anymore, but when I said I didn't intend to complete the verification and requested a refund, suddenly no one responded to me in either chat or the support ticket. This was a very bad experience. I think VPS providers aren't exclusive to them; everyone should seriously consider other VPS providers.

First of all, in relation to responsiveness in support and the refund: after you told us that you no longer wanted to proceed with the verification process, a refund was applied in literally 20 minutes. This was not disregarded; it was addressed as soon as your wishes were relayed to us.
As regards the verification procedure, we feel that it should be clarified that the verification procedure is an obligatory procedure that applies to all clients. Every client is required to go through identification verification, including the presentation of the ID document as well as the image of the payment card, which is part of the standard security procedures. This is not an atypical procedure or any procedure that raises any suspicions against any client. All active clients have passed the verification procedure in order to make use of the service.
These steps are common practice, and our intent is to ensure that our customers and payment methods are protected against any fraud and abuse. The great majority of our customers will successfully complete this procedure and continue using our services with no errors.
We thoroughly respect your choice not to follow through with the mandatory verification process, and we did, in fact, issue a full refund as a direct result. As regrets go, although it created a negative impression, we followed suit according to the policies we have in place.
Thank you once again for your feedback, and we wish you success in selecting a provider that suits your needs.

I didn't read the reviews and regretted it.
Avoid this service. I purchased a server in Estonia and it experienced extremely high packet loss. Support stubbornly refused to fix the problems and blamed ping.pe for the issue. Furthermore, their ToS states that they do not issue refunds in cryptocurrency. Which is a bit silly on their part. I will find a way to get my money back, but I strongly advise you to avoid this service.

Firstly, with regard to the packet loss: we have not observed any indication of packet loss from our end or from the Estonian data center during the specified period. Network problems may occur due to various reasons like routing policies or other networks that are out of our control. We have informed you based on the observed facts and not out of unwillingness to help.
Secondly, with regard to the refund policy: we have mentioned our refund policy in the Terms of Service before making the purchase and have clearly stated that we do not allow cryptocurrency refunds due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions. This policy is not unique or hidden and is intended to protect both parties from potential abuse and financial risks. By completing the purchase, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions.
That said, we take all customer reports seriously and continuously work to improve both our service quality and communication. We encourage customers experiencing issues to engage constructively with our support team so we can investigate thoroughly and, where appropriate, offer alternative solutions.
We regret that this situation ended in frustration and wish you the best in your future hosting endeavors.

aaand I have 0 complaints. I'm running a wireguard+adguard home and it works great. I'd say I have 99.8% uptime.
I'd like the price to be lower but they're still affordable and reasonable priced.
10G is shared but this is common for all providers. They have a variety of systems to chose from.
So far so good. Hopefully they won't disappoint me in the future..

Suspended my server due to "spam". Port 25 not even opened and not a single email sent! I wouldn't trust this company with your hosting, they will not even provide proof of emails sent, because there is none! Avoid them, much better companies out there who don't suspend or throttle your port.

Between 07/12/2024 04:00 AM and 09/12/2024 12:00 AM (GMT), your server sent 11,257 RCPT commands (email recipient requests), which is unusually high for a typical use case. This volume triggered alerts in the monitoring systems.

Microsoft flagged your IP address as having a "red day" on 08/12/2024, indicating potentially harmful or unsolicited email activity. Such reports are typically associated with spamming, bulk email campaigns, or misconfigured mail servers.

Refus catégorique, ils indiquent que les ventes sont finales malgré le fait qu'il est indiqué sur leur site qu'un remboursement est possible sous 7 jours.
La compagnie est située en Estonie, donc aucun recours n'est possible.
Je vous conseille d'éviter, c'est une perte d'argent et frustant.

The speed you specified, 2 Gbps, is 20 times higher than the minimum guaranteed speed.
