Great quality and gorgeous colors but disappointed with the size. It was measured from the top of flag pole to the bottom of the spike. I thought the actual art piece should have been 12 inches. It actually is only 5x8. If I would have went any smaller we wouldn’t even be able to see it in the yard.

The pillow that I purchased came back dark and difficult to make out. Someone in quality control should have contacted me about the picture so I could provide another. I spent 50$ for the pillow and was very disappointed.

Don’t offer expedited shipping if you can’t commit to that. I ordered something on Sept 23 (expedited) and it is now Oct 3 and “tracking” is telling me that the item is still in a warehouse awaiting USPS, where it has been since Sept 28. No satisfactory response from BC, aside from AI generated boilerplate. You need to do better by your customers. Try a human touch and take some responsibility for your misleading expedited delivery commitments.

Horrible experience! BestCustom is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had and the worst customer service I have ever had to try to work with. I paid extra for expedited shipping, only to find out that my order was shipping from China, something that they absolutely failed to mention on their website. So after ordering, I found out that my item would arrive nowhere near the time frame that was promised, which also meant that it would not arrive in time for the event that I needed it for. I attempted to contact customer service through email on several occasions. I asked to cancel my order, I asked if they would refund the expedited shipping cost, and asked them to state their return policy. Every single time they gave a vague reply about urging the shipper to deliver it sooner, despite the fact that I repeatedly told them that shipping doesn’t matter since the item would not arrive on time. They ignored every question I asked them. I don’t even know if it was a real person who was replying. My item still hasn’t arrived, so I can’t speak as to the quality, and quite honestly I don’t even know if I expect it to arrive at all. Either way it doesn’t even matter anymore because the event is long past now and I had to purchase a different gift. They will probably reply to this post, asking me to contact them directly with my concerns, but believe me I have already tried that and it got me absolutely nowhere! It appears they are removing any negative reviews from their website as well. I wish I would have looked here to research them first before being scammed by them!

Using images from a small business called Mac and Lilly. The walkies dog sign is made by Mac and Lilly in Cumbria. Do not order from Best Custom. Order from the genuine small business instead to receive a quality product.

The pants looked nothing like what was advertised online. I added 5 photos to be put on the pants and only 1 photo is shown on the pants, yet is really blurry. I paid 50$ for an item that was nothing that I expected... I also paid for expedited shipping and it took a while to deliver. I would recommended better advertising with real life photos of customers with their products..

I bought a gift on here for my dad's father's day. When it showed up the text was incorrect. I was kind of upset with my order and they reached out to me and sent me another one free of charge.

Several products have been lifted totally from Etsy shops. How do I know? Well one is mine! Please dont attempt to buy here. Go to etsy. Indeed my item there is cheaper!!

Purchased 4 canvases mid-July. Received 1 within the first week. Received the other three early September. Regular shipping. Great product came protected and not busted, but I'd be pissed if I expected it to come on time.

Do not buy from this company. Customer service is terrible, I paid extra for expedited shipping which is not any faster and my package has taken weeks and still hasn’t arrived. Customer service response is “I’ll urge the shipping customer to move faster”. Do not buy from them!!

Do not pay extra for an expedited order. I ordered on the 18th and was JUST notified my order was ready to ship. I didn’t realize it was coming from China. I asked for refund and they refuse just keep thanking me for being patient. Do not order

If I could give this a 0-star review, I would. This company is an absolute joke. I placed an order with Bestcustom.co, and I’ve reached out to them multiple times and I’ve heard absolutely nothing back. No response, no update, no acknowledgment. Just pure silence.

Their site claims they’re based in Texas, but the only phone number they offer is a non-working Vietnam number, which is completely useless. There’s no live support, no chat, just a broken email system that clearly no one is monitoring. It’s misleading, shady, and incredibly frustrating.

At this point, I honestly feel scammed. I’ve wasted time, money, and energy trying to chase down an order that may never come. Their customer service is nonexistent, and their entire operation feels like a bad drop-shipping setup pretending to be a legit U.S. business.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I’m filing a chargeback through my credit card and reporting them to the BBB and consumer protection agencies. Save yourself the headache, this company is absolute garbage!
