Malgrés un délai d'envoi un peu long (2j ouvrés après la commande) et des relances par mail, le service client a été très réactif et patient, ils m'ont répondu à chaque fois, et dés que le colis a été envoyé ça a été très rapide, transporteur DHL parfait (suivi, communication, livreur) rien à dire, il y a bcp d'avis négatifs donc j'ai longuement hésité avant de commander, et je ne regrette pas du tout, la qualité de la veste est géniale, elle est magnifique (bombers de la collab bbcicecream x yankees) livraison parfaite, service client réactif, je voulais laisser cet avis positif, pour les personnes comme moi qui hésitent, vous pouvez commander sans problème, je pense que le site Européen éssaye de "revaloriser" son image, tous les derniers avis récents sont positifs, c'est ce qui m'a poussé à faire ma commande, merci encore BBCICECREAM pour cette pépite.

Never heard anything since, no refund, ive emailed 3 times, no response, messaged on Instagram, no response. I will now be calling tomorrow, looks doubtful ill get an answer.
Wish I had looked at reviews on here before ordering.

I’ve ordered quite a few things from both BBC & Icecream over the last few years. All items, across the different ranges, have been excellent quality.
The new pickup delivery service is a game changer for me. The delivery service used last time, Evri I think, delivered my parcel to the wrong address & were no help trying to locate the package. Thankfully, BBC customer service were outstanding & resolved the issue, no problem.
5 Stars to them on all fronts !

I love their products the quality is great and his very attractive the materials is also good and they have a very good costumer service, bought a T shirt is large and unfortunately it run big and return it to them in exchange for medium and they change it for according to their procedures and on times, I can recommend them for anyone, I like the way they design all their clothes and is not too expensive 💯

Bad size guides, bought a pair of shorts on sale for $100 but they are too big bc its impossible to read the size charts on their website. They are telling me that i will need to return the parcel myself, which costs $30 on a $100 pair of shorts.
What is this bad service, will never buy from them again!!!

Zero stars. I return my shirt in September and now it is January and I still haven't receive my money. They dont answer my emails and I tried to Phone them several times but they never pick up and when you leave a message they don't Phone you back. It is a terrable companie

The amount of time it has taken you to reply to this comment proves my point. I daren't send it back based on other reviews, saying they’d sent it back and been told their return was “lost” and no refund was made.
Really disappointed with this company. Wish I’d have read the reviews before making my purchase.
Bought my partner a hoodie for Christmas, and they sent the wrong size. The packaging said L (which we wanted) but hoodie inside is XL so they clearly hadn’t checked. Sent two emails now with no response as to how they plan to rectify this. Not only did I pay for shipping and then now, if I choose to return, I will have to pay an extortionate amount through tracked Royal Mail as I don’t trust them looking at these reviews. Either way, I lose money. Absolute joke, just don’t bother.
UPDATE- I received an email saying I would get a prepaid return label over 5 days ago. Still not received the return label, don’t know why it couldn’t have been sent in the same email. Still means I would lose £5 shipping cost at an issue that was out of my control.
Honestly the hoodie was terrible quality as well. Would give 0 stars if possible.
UPDATE- still not received a return label, but by looking at the reviews I think I will just not return and try and sell as people don’t get their refund by the looks of it. Don’t know who’s going to want to buy it though 🤷🏻♀️

This company is an absolute joke!!
Ordered a birthday present at beginning of OCTOBER and they sent me the WRONG order!!!
Told I had to wait for MY order to be returned by the other person WTF!!!
Waited 3 weeks only to be told they'd sold out of it now!!!!!
Asked for my refund and Still NOTHING
and we're now in DECEMBER!!!!!!!
AVOID THESE COWBOYS!!!!!
If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered tshirt several weeks ago and have had no update since. No response to any of my emails and customer service line just cuts out after ringing for about 30 seconds.
Disgusting customer service. I feel I have had my money stolen by these cowboys.
I had to make an account just to write this. My first experience with BBC has been absolutely aweful. So they are having a BF/CM sale right now and the trucker hats are very affordable. I make my order through Klarna. Receive my confirmation from BBC. Money is taken, etc etc. Everything good right? Nope.
The randomly cancel my order due to “unable to process my payment”. Now I have to go through the nonsense of waiting 10 days for Klarna to process my refund. To even learn this information I had to wait 15 minutes on Klarna chat support to be connected to a real person, because on Klarna’s website it just says “cancelled”, but the money is not in my Revolut and it’s not at Klarna and there is no indication of a pending transfer back to my account. I don’t know what and why, but I even retried the order with my card. They took my money again, and cancelled my order 5 hours later. Luckily with card payments you get your money back nearly instantly. So now I am “only” waiting 10 days for money that I never asked for back, neither did I ask for my order to be cancelled.
So my advice is, before buying ANYthing from them, try a small transaction and do not pay with Klarna. If your order is 3 digits and more you will be waiting 10 days for your money to back from interbank limbo. Seriously what an aweful experience.
Also I should add I have received no communication from BBC at all, no explanation, nothing. If the product is out of stock at least say that. But no they’d rather say “Unable to process payment”, well the contrary. You processed it alright, it will process for 10 days and I basically did interbank acrobatics with my money for absolutely nothing. Not even a respctful apology by BBC.
With that said I do still enjoy their products and it’s sad I had to write such a negative review.
P.S. To Trust Pilot, I would love to submit screenshots of all my claims, please do not censor this review however negative it might sound
No refund given for a jumper i returned, 0 customer service, wrote 2 emails without reply, also called and only got a voicemail stay away from these
