Do not use this site - Unacceptable experience
I don't think there is any way I can provide constructive feedback on my recent experience. I got a pair of sneakers and wanted to return them because it was big. They have a fourteen-day policy return, but when I tried to do it, they told me I did not qualify and that it does not apply to final sales items. That was not clear at the time of the purchase and is not true because I paid the full price of the Item. Then I asked them at least for a store credit, but they also denied it. It's unacceptable that nowadays, you can not return, exchange, have a refund, or at least have a store credit. That makes you think that this is a systematic approach to keep your money. The service is aligned with this approach, too; they only respond to emails giving unclear and unacceptable explanations with unhelpful back and forth. They do not take or return your calls and their voicemail is always full. I strongly recommend to avoid using this site. Order #489367,

Awful customer service very difficult to get refunds processed …
I have received an awful service from this company. I ordered some clothing for my son for Christmas and as the stock was selling out so quickly, when my order arrived we discovered the jeans were too small so we paid over £9 to send the jeans back on special delivery and immediately placed an order for a new pair, my return order has apparently even though been signed for and received is stuck in the warehouse due to delays and backlogs there and they can give me no timeframe as to when a refund will be received.
Being a new customer and spending well over £400 on two orders. This is how they treat their customers, disgraceful. Order number BBC118295

Bad delivery
Site looks amazing, products are amazing. But the delivery and customer service are less amazing. Took over a month to arrive and very late response from the customer service.
Recommend to buy from a official reseller rather than the official site.

No response from customer service
No response from customer service. I have been contacting them at service at bbcicecream.com for 10 days straight to get authorization to return my items that are too big. Their phone number goes straight to voicemail and then it says their mailbox is full.
