We ordered 2 wash basins and we received excellent customer service which was informative and all our questions were answered fully.
Our sales person was Courtney Jones at the Basildon store and she was highly professional.
We had to change the date of the delivery and this was done seamlessly

Have to commend this company on the delivery I had ordered a 2 column radiators and accessories at 4pm on a Friday and it was delivered at 11am on Saturday! Although we had a little issue on a previous order of vanity units this was resolved very quickly, good quality items all around

We ordered a complete new bathroom and floor tiles with Bathroom Mountain at Basildon. We found the staff, particularly Royston very helpful, polite and friendly. The delivery date and time was pre emailed and the delivery went smoothly. We noticed a damaged item once we unpacked all the boxes but Royston was quick to deal with the issue and replaced the item with no problem and a quick replacement delivery. Would recommend Bathroom Mountain and Royston.

Bought 2 complete bathrooms from Bathroom mountain and cannot fault them. They delivered the wrong shower enclosure twice but it was soon rectified and a big refund was given to us

Really good customer service and very happy with the cabinets I ordered. I needed to change the delivery date and contacted them, they responded immediately which was excellent. Only issue I had was with the delivery service they outsourced to. I was supposed to get a 2 hour delivery window and I was only sent this 5 minutes before delivery. So not helpful at all x

So pleased with my bathroom I ordered a month ago. Having had a few problems, the customer service was absolutely five stars. Lazzlo Paul Tony Jake & Wallad were extremely helpful and friendly.
