Avoid Atrium Levallois
My experience with Atrium Levallois has been extremely disappointing and reflects a broader pattern of poor management rather than an isolated incident.
I genuinely struggle to understand how Atrium attempts to link unrelated arguments to justify criticism received online. My one-star rating is simple: it is the consequence of consistently bad management. Judging by the large number of negative reviews on Google, this is clearly not just my personal experience.
Instead of focusing on improving service quality, communication, and responsiveness, management appears far more concerned with defending itself on Google reviews. If the same level of energy were invested in actually running the agency properly, positive feedback might eventually follow. Unfortunately, the recurring response seems to be denial rather than improvement.
Communication is often unprofessional, accountability is absent, and decisions are handled in a manner that creates unnecessary friction with clients rather than resolving problems efficiently.
Very likely, the Atrium Levallois management will respond by denying any lack of competence while attempting to shift responsibility onto others — which unfortunately has become predictable. It is difficult to understand how this platform shows relatively high ratings while Google reviews portray Atrium Levallois as a dysfunctional company. The Atrium Levallois management appears to spend more time justifying mistakes than fixing a malfunctioning agency.
The overall level of professionalism is deeply concerning. In my experience, most of the staff demonstrated incompetence and lack of professionalism.
In short: this agency is one to avoid.
