Didn't have the item I paid for... and now they blocked my emails. Most bad behaviour a company can have!!!
This place is a scam!!
This place is a scam!!! Do not buy from them ever. I've been trying to send back a painting for 2 months and nobody is replying to me. They don't reply to emails and I've even tried Instagram! Please please somebody reply.
Huge Delay and late replies from customer service
I have to say, I am really disappointed in your service. Not only am I waiting for more than 2 months for the order, but also customer support does not answer me anymore. Truly awful overall service.

I made an order 29 Nov and received no response from customer service to my 2 emails about tracking number.

Ordered a painting at the 22 of novemer…
Ordered a painting at the 22 of novemer for 280 euros. Now, the 27 december still havent recieved anything except some emails sahying they ar sending the painting.
When I checked at UPS they didnt recieve any sending from artisterial.
Where do I begin?
There are a few issues with this company.
1. The company seems like an absolute fraud. I received no delivery information, I received no replies from customer service. The social media deletes all comments etc. as to not let new customers see. After receiving no further information or communication from the company I asked my bank to dispute the purchase and get me a refund. If you do not know, ANY transaction whether that is but debit or credit card is safe and you can dispute purchases and get refunds via CHARGEBACK (please speak to your bank). After I went down this route, surprise surprise my paintings turned up pretty damn quickly.
2. The painting are not cheap, the website and the price we pay you expect premium quality products. When my paintings arrived they were poor quality images PRINTED onto a canvas. I was so disappointed, after all that hassle and drama to get hold of the paintings they were of such poor quality. The ones I bought for less than a third of the price from HomeSense were much higher quality.
To anyone thinking about using artisterial I would avoid like the Omicron variant of Covid-19. This company is a disease and I hope no one else makes the same mistake so many others and I have made.
You suck artisterial, I hope you go out of business soon (however I know you won't because you steal peoples money).
Very long delivery time
Very long delivery time (the website says "in stock"), unsuitable packaging (the wooden frame is pushed through the canvas). The colour of the painting does not correspond to the illustration. Taking this into account, the price is high.

Diabolical service
Diabolical service. The picture of the product and the item that was delivered to my house last week are not the same. I have emailed them to convey my disappointment and no reply. I commented on their facebook page, no reply. Disgraceful, I have now gone to my bank and made a report for a fraudulent purchase
Terrible service
Terrible service. Waited weeks still haven’t received any confirmation or replies to my emails. If they don’t deliver soon I will be cancelling my order
