Asked for a taxi as soon as possible, then got a call back to say it would be ten mins and was that ok! Usually with other companies it's at least a half hour wait if I haven't pre-booked!

Just what Ongar needed, brilliant!
Wow! What a fantastic taxi company, just what Ongar needed! Got a leaflet through the door last week and have used Arc a few times already. The driver helped my elderly mother upto the front door too and made sure she was ok. She was very happy about this and appreciative. The app is super easy to use and so far there has always been a taxi available. This was not the case with the other companies. The pricing is amazing too, so much cheaper than the other companies and does not break the bank. This is so refreshing. Customer service is brilliant and helpful and accommodating to any changes I have made to a booking. Daughter has used Arc too, so happy with the service. Thank you Arc taxis. I've used this taxi company a few times now and I've been very happy with the service, friendly staff, very quick and happy with the pricing Ive found that they tend to be cheaper than the other taxi companies that I have used. I will definitely be using Arc taxis again. Highly recommend!
