My take
My initial response to Aptive was not good, purely because of communication. In the ensuing time I've learned differently. The service people are obviously schooled in curteousy, communication, and a willingness to answer questions, with legitimate answers. I wish they had an office locally, but so far that has not been a problem. Im impressed to the extent I've cancelled a competing service.

I got screwed by Aptive. And they still suck!
Our contract was for 8 applications or 24 months whichever came first. You applied 19 applications in 13 months, some only 11 days apart. This cost me an extra $895.00 When I called and complained, your solution was to offer me a credit of $20.00 off the next application, but still charge me for the application.
Thankfully, I never recommended you to a friend.

Jerry McKnight, who was doing the service, let me know when he would be arriving, once he arrived, explained exactly what he was doing and what products were used. I have bait boxes that my dogs can reach, so he also ensured they were secure and locked.
