Delivered two faulty appliances to me, first set of delivery men were lovely, the second one not so much, when I reported what he said was basically called a liar.
They did to be fair refund all my money without fuss.

Delivered a faulty dual-fuel range cooker
Delivered a product (dual-fuel range cooker) that was brand new, boxed, and took the old one away. When the new unit was unboxed and installed a few hours later, it was discovered to be faulty - neither of the two large ovens, nor the clock, were working, despite the grill and gas ignition being OK (i.e. the electrical connection to the unit was not at fault). This was 11 days ago, and I still have to wait 8 more days for an engineer to come and look at it.

Because the unit has been installed, industry protocols and our terms (available at www.applianceworldonline.com) require a manufacturer-certified engineer to attend and diagnose the fault to ensure a safe and permanent resolution.
Please be assured that we have been, and will continue to, vigorously chase the manufacturer to expedite this visit. We share your disappointment regarding their current lead times and are doing everything within our power to push for an earlier appointment.

No communication or delivery
Ordered oven and tumble dryer in January (sale price) . Still haven’t received them because they keep pushing the date back for the oven to be in stock. I was told late February, then early March.. then no contact from AW, so I have been looking up and read late March now it says early April. No customer support! Really would not recommend using this company
