I feel the staff needs to be trained properly. They need to learn the skill attention to detail as many time there were changes in the application inspite of giving the correct information again and again. Also, the response time needs to improve a little.

I applied for my visa via Apex. My partner used Apex service before hence, I came to know Apex from him. My case was handled professionally by Rajeshree. I started my journey in June 2021, and I was very slow in providing documents for the vetasses, and never once did she lose patience with me.

there was always constant communication and reassurance , especially when I would get nervous about delayed timelines or no replies

My vetasses took 6 months or 7 months which was longer than the stated online time of 12, weeks and I would get very upset ( aafreen would reassure me...)

I finally got my visa grant 190 and i must give the team a kudos .. for takeing care of my case and my emotions.

This is an ABSOLUTE SCAM.
In the name of an ASSESSMENT their DUMB evaluators will go ahead with an unwarranted assessment post which they will come back with a report saying you are not eligible for job assistance because you didn’t take help for visa from them EVEN IF YOU TELL THEIR SLUMP OF A TEAM A 1000 TIMES BEFORE HAND THAT YOU DON”T NEED IT. I told them in advance that I don’t need help with the visas again and again and again! yet the pushed me for an assessment saying that it would be only for international job assistance. what was the evaluation? This BS: I NEVER NEEDED THE EVALUATION FOR VISA I NEEDED IT FOR EMPLOYMENT ABROAD. An apologetic guilty agent called me saying that her BOSSES DECLINED TO REFUND THE MONEY PAID TO PRESENT THIS NONSENSE!!!! PATHETIC LITTLE CREATURES!!!!!!! DON”T I REPEAT DON”T GO TO THESE SCAMMERS.

If anyone is wondering I have 8.5 on IELTS, 3 Years of work experience in the country of my choice And a one year diploma from that country. These idiotic evaluators thought I’d need their measly support getting my visa? R E T A R D S.

someone by the name of Huma might pretend to know anything about immigration but might just be partly deaf because in my case they could only selectively listen to the words "hey I have transferred your fee and am looking forward to your JOB ASSISTANCE EVALUATION ONLY SINCE I ALREADY HAVE A VISA"
