0 stars actually! They just pass the time once they get all their money and in a year, your file expires. After they will keep following up that you need to take the IELTS exam again or need to provide certain documents to recreate the file.

No results at all. They also are quite good at onboarding you by fooling you. They will just have two topics - get your IELTS again or your file expired and pass the time for years.

The support from the team (Sujata, Ritika Mishra) is good. Earlier I was hesitant to pay the fees because once the full fees is paid, the consultant behaves differently and pays less attention to the client . But I found Sujata readily available most of the time.
