Good afternoon everyone, I applied for PR Australia via apex, i get first contact with pradeesha, in beginning have some problems, but pradeesha and rajeshree both help me to understand, i get nice explanation and help from broth, then i got my skill assessment successful, after that i m getting some problems from TRA to do the payme of second stage technical interview, then i get contacted with afreen absence of rajeshree , afreen also helped me too much to do this payment, she is so kind to talk and very nice explainer. Really appreciate all of three afreen , pradeesha,and rajeshree.I recommend, who want to go to apply with apex try to contact anyone from this three.

Your baroda team is not giving us proper answers like pratik, also your Pune team person who handle case our case also not good

I was introduced and briefed firstly to Apexvisas by the marvellous and precious Mrs Anamika Dutti. Throughout the process Afreen had been supportive and thoroughly checking all documents and required documents by DHA and meeting deadlines.

APEX team performed excellent job in lodging the visitor visa for Australia. Initial contact to lodgement took 2-3 days. With correct documentation lodgement, I received my visa in 3 days. Thank you heaps APEX visa team 🙏

I had done my enquiry with APEX visa till i didnt pay the money they were behind me calling followups everything , as soon as i paid money , there

manager Akhya gave me a person named gauri as my officer , this lady kept sending formatted emails to me, when i had some queries regarding formats of letters

and other documents she use to give standard answers submit yor documents , i told her that i need formats to even submit it they sent me some very short formats for the same

Also shen i use sent her documents she didnt even bother to look at emails until i called her , again when i sent her invitation letter after wasting whole day

she replied next day it shouldnt be in this format whereas i had 2 pages in PDF and she read only 1 and then again wasted that next day saying sorry she read only 1 page

after keeping hell lot of patience near about 3-4 times i requested her manager to change the officer she is just giving me some standard answers which are not helping, when i started arguing with them they said i can't argue and said something that I can't even post here i mean what is wrong in asking questions when i have paid a good 11000/- rs
it wasnt small amount for me. WORST SERVICE EVER i would SAY they are FRAUD and after paying money and starting process they didnt even gave me a single call to ask ur these documents are pending etc.....DO NOT Opt for them i regret why didnt i read there reviews on QUORA…

My experience with Apex visas has been great. I applied for my skill assessment first with their help, got a positive response in around 2.5 months and both Sujata, my case processing officer and Afreen (for clarifying all my doubts) have been great. They also applied for my EOI and the ROI the very next day. Although the process began a bit slow with the technical team checks of the documents and I don't like how you have to stick to their templates for documents but as they say, "if it works, don't change it" and then they applied for the application really quick, were always prompt to respond and everyone has been very friendly. Special thanks to Shilpa as well for quick and easy onboarding.

This is a fraudulent company and looting the money from people. These people will be behind you for money if you call them for any enquiry and once you pay the fees then they will not entertain you. They cheated me by taking fees from me without having a profile evaluation report for me. Now I am asking for a refund due to the negative report but they are not ready to pay. Also there is no ethics and courage in VP sales to accept their mistake. how come they can take fees without having a proper profile evaluation report.

I was dealing with sales person call Subhangi who used to call me number of times to pay for the consultancy fees and start the CANADA PR process without having profile evaluation report and when I asked for my report after paying part consultancy fees, then she started the working on that and that to she gave but and if report which was totally opposite to what we had discussed. when I tried to contact her for my refund she did not bother to answer my call. After a long fight and argument, the legal team got ready to pay part amount. However, the VP sales of this company is declining the refund by transferring blame on me even after agreeing that Shubhangi (Apex sales person) has done the mistake.

These people are making money by looting people.

They are cheaters and don't get trapped into it. I lost my hard earned money. I hope this review will save someone from this trap.

Google should band/block this company from search engines so that other people will not get into this trap.

I have been in contact with Apex Visas for four months now, and finally applied for Skill Assessment, a few days back. Ms Afreen has been very persistent with the application, and she has done a wonderful job following up. The technical scrutinization process and plagiarism check stages are slow, and took longer than expected, compared to what I had in mind. Apart from that, I am very happy with the way Case Manager (Ms Afreen) has handled the case so far. Ms Nazrin Sheikh, also deserves special mention for the commendable canvassing and onboarding.

We recently applied for a visitor visa to Australia. The apex visa team including Rajeshree and Nisa constantly worked hard throughout the process and assured for the positive outcome. It was a smooth process overall.
