My experience with Apex Visa has been great so far. I chose Apex visa for applying for Australian PR based on my friend’s positive feedback.
Apex Visas people especially Karuna mam, were helpful and supportive throughout the application process. She solved all the queries we had and provided us the guidance and support to submit the required application documents. Expecting the same guidance in future. Thank you.

Very good experience. I applied for Australia tourist visa for my wife and contacted Nisa Kazi mam, she was very helpful and quick to respond to my doubts during the complete visa process. My case officer was Karuna mam, because of her I got my visa just 2 days after applying it.
Sometimes I had to constantly do follow ups but maybe that was because I was panicking. Overall a great experience and surely recommended.

Very worst service, first day itself they told me to pay processing fee Rs.11800. After paid money there is no proper response. Very rude behaviour with staff ( Shruthi) . They dint process our UK also and they have not refund our money. Don’t apply visa though this apex consultant.

I was mail regarding my refund more 15 times,but every time agent make excuse,now 5 years completed but I didn't get my money back

I am deeply disappointed with the services provided by Apex Visas and Navdip Singh IRCC. I initially approached them to help me obtain a Permanent Residency (PR) visa for canada, based on their promises of professionalism and expertise. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be far from satisfactory.

From the beginning, I noticed delays and a lack of clear communication. Despite assuring me that everything was on track, they kept pushing deadlines and giving vague excuses for the lack of progress. It became evident that they were not handling my application with the attention it required.

To make matters worse, after months of delays, their team informed me that the PR visa process could not be completed as promised. Instead, they suggested switching to a work permit application, which would supposedly be faster and easier. However, this came with an additional demand for more money, far beyond what was initially agreed upon.

I feel utterly cheated by this entire experience. Not only did they fail to deliver on their original promise of securing a PR visa, but they also tried to extract more money from me for a different visa process. This is not the professional service I expected when I trusted them with my immigration process.

I strongly advise anyone considering using Apex Visas and Navdip Singh IRCC to think twice before doing so. Their lack of integrity and professionalism caused me a great deal of stress and financial loss. I hope this review helps others avoid the same mistake.

It’s sad to see that the licensed agents are also involved in defrauding innocent people.

I have enquired USA B1B2 visa for spouse & kid, and visited Apex Pimple Saudagar office on 3rd February 2024. Branch head-Ashlesha responded actively and explained the process in detail. I paid processing fees & interview early scheduling fees immediately. She consulted with execution person Mr. Inxxx Shxxx (Viman Nagar office) and told that, biometrics date for spouse will be after 15 days and the interview will be scheduled after another 15 days (approx.). Since my kid is minor (below 4 year), only Dropbox will do, and the visa process will take 1 to 1.5 month.
Here my struggle starts. I was keep following-up, then I understood, they have filled-up DS 160 after 2 weeks. Further it is even more stressful. I was keep calling Mr. Inxxx Shxxx, he used to neither receive my calls and nor bothered to reply to my messages. Even after picking the call, he used to tell some non-sense reasons for postponing the dates. Once I just called him for the status while heading back home from my office; he, as usual didn’t receive the call. But shockingly he called back around 8 PM saying kid’s Biometric is booked for tomorrow morning in Mumbai and interview after 2 days in Mumbai. This was surprising, it was supposed to be only Dropbox in Pune. I was shocked how did they book dates for kid; it was supposed to be spouse first. This is ridiculous. He didn’t even feel regret, such an irresponsible person.
Then I have taken-up the matter with higher level Mr. Kxx Pxx. He helped me out in booking my spouse Biometric and Interview dates. Problem with him & another head Mr. Jxx Sxx was, they were unable to even understand that Apex shall refund visa fees unnecessarily spent by Apex in booking Biometric and Interview for 4-year kid.
Good feedback can be given only for Ashlesha (Pimple Saudagar office) for her prompt response, polite and cooperative behaviour! Director Mr. Arora is also a very honest and humble person. He understood the complete matter and felt regretted. He also refunded me the visa fees as promised. I really appreciate him!
The total time I spent with Apex was 3.5 months. My conclusion is, they don’t have capable staff. As per as Mr. Inxxx Shxxx is concerned, he doesn’t even know that both parents visa is required for kid’s Dropbox submission. Also, the minor age he told was below 4 year; however it is below 14 year. This is basic knowledge; he is lagging this. I got the right info just by google search and you tube videos; whereas Apex is a visa consultant, and employees don’t even have fundamental knowledge. This cannot be accepted at all.

There is scope of improvement. The front end staff need to be more proactive in following up and engaging with its client.

Overall good dealing experience. The team knows their work. I took their service for Canada visa. Faced a hiccup when my case office was being changed. There was a period of few days when I was not getting responses, and was not even aware that my case office has changed.
