When I called up to apex I don’t know his past, but his team is very impressive they briefed me every detail so I decided to go with apex. after that they assigned me my case officer her name is Komal.
Komal is very helpful for me because I was completely new in this process so Komal briefed me each and every detail. She was helped me on every step and she takes the regular follow ups from me and my university.

My experience with Apex visas has been amazing. The kind of professionalism they showed towards my application was really good. My file was managed by Gauri Chavan, my case officer, who is very detailed in her explanation of each step. She has been very supportive and cooperative so far in the process.

They are the worst people to deal. Post accessing my IELTS and CES they said I am qualifying for AAIP program. And the process starts once I pay them, And I had paid and signed the contract. Once paid they are saying I and my wife need to rewrite IELTS to get qualified for AAIP program. And when I requested for refund they are saying as per contract they cant refund the money.

My manager Afreen is good and cooperative for guidance purpose and apex visa is a trust worthy organization for the immigration activity

Apex holds good customer policies but some of their staff has less or incorrect information on Canadian Work Visa which has wasted my initial 7-8 months. I had to take follow-ups by myself when the allotted person was reluctant to reply to calls and emails. But the Manager at Andheri branch Mr. Chintan convinced me to continue with the agency and he handed over my file to Mr. Jeevan Samgir, (Big Thank you !!!) he is really good at his work and was responsive over calls and emails and I got my visa in 4 months after his work.
Apex needs to improvise on their staff behavior towards customers and accurate knowledge of visa documents as we are paying service fees to them to get the work done smoothly and invest time also.

I have given my canada P.R work to Apex. They are not so expert. Just tell that you can check it on google. I have to check their work, is it Ok or not? They are experienced & I am a fresher but we have to rectify their work.

They have selected my N.O.C code without discussion to me. My profile already selected for SINP program but I was not selected due to wrong N.O.C code generated by Apex.

They never tell anything to their employs for their faults & they just blame on me. Due to their lazy work, now I dropped idea to go canada but they are not reverting any money. They are always change case officers within 3-4 months & they are not giving any charge to each other So always I have to explain my whole matter to each case officer.

If you want to grow your career, don't chose apex. Even they are not providing full documents which they should have to give you.
