I wish I could give zero stars. I am extremely disappointed with the service from this Apex visa company.

They are very proactive only until you make the payment. Once the payment is done, the communication practically stops. Emails and messages go unanswered for long periods, and it becomes very difficult to get any response.

I live in Canada and was never given a chance to properly speak with my case officer. My parents’ Super Visa application had previously been rejected when I applied on my own, which is exactly why I decided to seek professional help this time. I was expecting guidance on how to strengthen the application and improve the chances of approval.

Unfortunately, the service has been extremely poor. The team is not flexible when it comes to communication and rarely responds without repeated follow-ups. There has been no clear progress on my application, and I have no visibility into whether any meaningful work has been done so far. If I don’t keep following up, they never reach out with updates.

Also, if their staff is not willing to cooperate with clients in different time zones, they should not be taking international clients in the first place. When you are dealing with foreign clients, basic coordination and communication should be expected.

At this point, I genuinely feel like paying them was a big mistake. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using their services. Based on my experience, they do not seem to care about your application, your timeline, or your concerns.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Please look for a reputable organization that actually communicates, provides guidance, and takes responsibility for the service they are being paid for.

I take this moment to thank my case officer Ms Manisha Londhay, and her team for being so consistent and responsible. I also would like to thank Ms Nazreen Sheikh for bringing me onboard, two and half years ago. It was a difficult, but one of the best decisions I have made.

Had a great experience, they were very helpful and patient and guided me through each process.

I worked with Apex Visas for over five years, and unfortunately, my overall experience — both as an employee and while observing how clients were treated — was extremely disappointing.

Salaries were frequently delayed for 45–60 days, and in some cases, not paid at all. The company’s approach often appeared focused on collecting money rather than providing transparent and ethical services.

Many clients were not properly informed in advance about key requirements such as IELTS scores, CRS points, or mandatory documentation. Instead, lengthy internal reports were shared after payment, and clients were pressured to sign without a clear explanation of what was important. Later, when cases couldn’t proceed due to eligibility issues, the company would say it was “not their fault.” Refunds, when offered, took months or even years to process.

Employees were expected to convince clients aggressively and “close” deals, even when cases were not genuinely eligible. Those who refused to follow such practices often faced salary delays or other pressure. After resigning, I personally did not receive my full and final settlement.

I am sharing this review based on personal experience and that of several former colleagues and clients who faced similar treatment. I sincerely hope the management will take these issues seriously and make positive changes — both for their staff and for their customers.

When the visa grant goes through, they take all the credit but when it fails, they just escape like they don't even know you. They are so insensitive.

Deepali and Gurpreet even though sound professional, were not thorough with checking if I could add my wife for the visa application as I was due to get married. I checked with them multiple times if I could married (and even ready to postpone if need be) and add my spouse to the visa application.

They time and again falsely reassured that its totally alright to get married and add my spouse to the visa application. I blindly trusted them and added my spouse.

Finally, the day of reckoning came.

Our visa got refused on account of us being unable to prove our points (reduced courtesy of marriage and not being single anymore) at the time of taking the decision (and not at the time of invite when I had full 10 points on account of being single and lodging visa application as a single)

Never trust these people. The incident is from 2024 but the pain is still fresh. Hadn't put it out there out of shame for so long but wanted to right my wrongs and showcase 'wrong means wrong' to the whole wide world. Also realized that its okay to put it out for others to be careful and tread cautiously.

Also, go for a registered MARA agent or do your own research with filing visa applications or adding spouse or anything. Double or triple check and don't fall for NON-MARA Registered Agents.

Apex claimed to have MARA agent but when I pinged the 'claimed MARA Agent' (named Peter), he said he had jumped ship and no longer worked for Apex. They still probably continue to show his name on their website in spite of him bidding adieu at least 2 years earlier itself (he quit Apex in 2023 or earlier I am guessing)

So, don't go with this Indian Agency which has no collateral in your visa is refused due to their oversight. Go for a direct MARA Agent who could be held accountable if your visa gets refused (who can be legally held accountable if there is oversight from their end)

Saving a couple of bucks and wasting a couple of years waiting for your 189 / 190 makes no sense. Don't go for these people who take your life too casually.

Biggest fraudsters. Be aware and spread the news and help innocent job seekers not to fall into their trap. Jeevan Shruti Deepali Nidhi Rajesh, I, Sana, all are fauds. Two years ago I paid Rs 1.38L but till date no service no refund. Now they blocked.me from all social platforms

I am Shubhangi Verma and I worked for Apex visas, Viman Nagar , pune for 3 yrs but my experience has been really bad . This is worst company I worked for . I worked for the dubai team . Dont go by reviews of the company . They are given by internal so called staff who are so called loyal to the company for 8-10 yrs , So dont go by reviews , They used to take money from clients but never gave proper service to the clients . I worked for 3 yrs and as an employee i had a very bad experience . The HR promised a lot of things at the time of interview but she left after sometime . I got my offer letter and appointment letter after 1 yr and the date was also wrong on the offer letter and and appointment letter . I had to run around so many times for these . There were constant fights and unprofessionalism in the company everyday and during the meetings and celebrations the employees were insulted and mistreated upon. Sanjeev Rai and Maninder singh Arora are the worst frauds in the company . When I resigned the company I had arrrears of 35000/- including my incentives and my salary . I am a single mother and I fractured my leg during that period and i was made to run around the company in that situation . THey never responded to my mails regarding my arrears after 45 days also . I complained to the viman nagar police station but they said that they cannot do anything as the directors maninder arora and sanjeev rai had paid them money to keep their mouth shut . The police said they cannot do anything. I went to apex office and shouted at them . Maninder arora threatened me that he will call the police . I said that you call the primeminister . I am damn scared . ASfter a lot of mayhem , they paid me only 10000/- and ate up all the incentives . The HR is also a puppet in the hand of management . I raised once an issue of sexual harrassment against the office boy but she supported the office boy Ajay Mandal . Everytime I was made to run around for the salary and also they used to never refund money to the customers also . Sometimes i used to get the salary after 19th of every month and they did not tell me this at the time of interview
So , Dont go by reviews bcoz its given my the internal employees

Pathetic fraudulent scammers company to con people for their hard earned money

I was an employee. They didn't even gave me offer letter nor any ID. They didn't even paid my salary. The Director Mr Sanjeev Rai and Mr Londhe who is the VP are worst people. They are not at all intrested in work but harass and tortured me. There are no HR policies nor any training was given as a fresher. This is the worst company as they are not trustworthy. They are cheater and liners.
