Despite requiring an exchange, the transaction went through very smoothly.
The original order arrived in a timely manner, unfortunately I had selected the incorrect size. I followed their easy to follow instructions to effect an exchange, which also arrived in a timely fashion, and as a bonus; no freight costs were incurred by myself as a result of this exchange.

Quality Service
I have purchased a lot of items from Optomo in the last 12 months whilst recovering from major back surgery/foot drop etc. I have had to return some items due to sizing and have never had any problems in doing so. The products I have purchased from Optomo have always been of high quality and competitive in price. I would and have recommended Optomo to several friends and acquaintances without hesitation.
