A1 Coffee have been badly let down byâŠ
A1 Coffee have been badly let down by their delivery agent, DPD Local. My goods were shipped within 24 hours of my order being placed, which is good but scarcely difficult to achieve. Since then, I have received several communications from DPD Local on successive days notifying me that delivery is to be made on the day in question but no attempt at delivery has yet been made. As a result, I have wasted a good deal of time waiting in for delivery to be made and still do not have the goods I have paid for. That is not so good. A1 Coffee are accountable for their agents' failings and will lose custom if performance does not improve.

I cannot praise the guys at A1 Coffee enough. I have used A1 Coffee for years now and they have never let me down. There is such a great selection of products and equipment and with next day delivery too which is to me, top quality service. Thanks guys.

Good beans, nice decaf flavour
I enjoyed these beans. A nice taste and reasonably strong for a decaf. Good price and rapid delivery is great from A1 coffee.
