when booking a holiday or hotel we always checkout the reviews on here we dont take all the reviews as gospel but do an average on what was said then have a few to choose from and pick the best value this has always worked out well for us :-)
Hi Guys we had a bit of a problem caused by British Airways changing the flight times which left us no time to transfer to the Gatwick to Edinburgh flight on our return from Orlando
My initial contact with the customer service was a bit iffy then I spoke to a guy who listened and agreed that there was something wrong with the fights and to bear with them while they tried to sort it out for us and they would contact me , after a week I contacted Mary through this forum and she was in touch with me straight away ,flights sorted to our satisfaction , she explained to me the team had been working with BA to sort out our flights and was sorry no one had updated us with this info
My initial online booking was very easy and they were 100s of £ better than our next quote booking confirmed very quickly and we were very happy with everything until the flight change so I will give them the 5 stars that they would of been given if BA had not changed flight times,
However a little reminder to customer services a little info / replying promptly to query's will keep customers updated and happy
this is so easy to use if you do a lot of shopping on line just check for the company your buying from receive cash back great for when you change over gas/elec suppliers etc its just so simple :-)
Not been very technical I needed to have a Ethernet link in an extension for sky box etc at the daughters house after looking around came across these homeplugs on the web

looked around for new 3dtv almost £2000 and found it here did a quick check on internet and found it else where cheaper but 5y guarantee was £400 so tried there price match and saved a total of almost £700 including guarantee would use again in future for all my electrical items
Bought 2 sets of 3d glasses on web site says they were rechargeable but when receive they were battery operated and did not look like ones on web site I contacted them and they offered me a refund but I had already opened one of the pairs to try and they were ok so decided to keep them also when ordered they said in stock but took 3 weeks to arrive . However they were the best price I could find at the time and they do work fine
