5 stars: Perfect – no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone.

I was really happy with my experience with Yodel, i appreciated the text messages that kept me informed on my delivery, so i wasn't kept waiting in all day for nothing like some delivery companies i can mention. A 5 star service and I would recommend this company to anyone. many thanks

Chloe from yodel service deserves payrise!!

Order from sports direct never arrived,apparently 3 attempts, no card left behind in any of that occasions.
Very bad service when comes to couriers ..I send email to Chloe ( customers service) and she was chasing after that delivery.
She was brilliant and very official.
Should arrive on Saturday, they never showed up again.Send an email again and she promised me to get delivery on Tuesday
That finally happen.I guess we both celebrated
After 2,5weeks we do have our delivery but only because of her hard work not COURIERS
Recommended to send email if any problems.Couriers should be trained and not to leave everything up to their customer service colleagues.

A very polite reminder!

On receiving my delivery from Yodel, a very polite offer of help to carry in my parcel was a reminder that I must be getting on a bit? Although my parcel was a bit on the big side, it was light enough for me to manage but the offer was indeed appreciated .. no offence taken .. I may just need that bit of extra help one day.. Well done Yodel deliveryman .. & thank you!

The worst EVER!!!!

I had to stay a home the entire day waiting for my package, by 8.30pm the tracking service said that the package was still with the courier.
I checked again at 9.20pm and it said my package had been put through my letter box at 5.15!!!!. My letter box cannot fit anything more than a small envelope and I live on the first floor of a building with a security gate so that wasn't even possible. I now do not know where my package is and I cannot call customer services at this time because it is closed.
This happens far too often and the drivers don't even bother to deliver to my address correctly, I'm just sick and tired of this company at this point...
Dear retail companies, STOP USING YODEL.

Great Company fast delivery brilliant tex and e.mail information of when the parcel is to be delivered, nice young man delivers the parcel, his van is clean and he was well presented, top marks Yodel.
I used to work for the Post Office when it was good in the 1970s but now they have lost the plot and will lose more to efficient delivery companies like you.

Ease of tracking my parcel. so i could plan my day

Item is lost!!!

No. Not happy at all. This is my experience:

They marked the item as 'delivered' in the tracking.
But I never received the item.
Strangely, it stated that it is delivered THROUGH THE LETTERBOX.
Why is it strange? PARCEL was 13" X 11" X 3", my LETTERBOX can only fit 8" X 2"
This is not very honest of the courier isn't it?

Looked around the house on the same day. Nothing found.
No call card, nothing being left.
Asked neighbours, not left with them.
Tried claiming from seller, he claimed item was 'delivered' in the tracking.
Told to claim from YODEL.

Called YODEL Leeds depot.
The lady said its probably lost. Claim from seller.
Explained seller told me to claim from YODEL.
She said "No, he should not be saying that"
But clearly, she did said item is lost by YODEL.
It is supposed to be claimed from them.

I want YODEL to clarify this issue with me.
Who should I claim from? and How?
Forget claiming, I WANT MY ITEM BACK!!
Also, I want them to realise that its their workers' attitude that stained the name of YODEL.

I change this rating if issue is resolved.

Yodel made a doddle of my delivery

For someone who is unfamiliar with delivering to my work address it can be tricky. Although the post code is very specific it gets you to an anonymous gate in a brick wall. A phone call to security is needed to get in followed by finding the entrance to the building and a not so obvious reception. If there is no-one there a further phone call is required - all during standard business hours. Yodel managed all this and delivered on the promised day - not everyone does. Thank you Yodel.

Yodel really are worth singing about!

I wanted this Clothes Rail urgently and thought that it would be at least 5 days before Yodel would deliver....but deliver they did....the NEXT DAY!!
I couldn't believe it when a very friendly delivery man appeared at my front door with my Clothes Rail.
I cannot recommend yodel enough...just brilliant!

I would recommend this company to anyone.

I was contacted via email saying that my parcels were on their way but I had to be away for about 40 minutes during that day. I left a note on my front door saying where to leave the parcel and included on the note my signature (which would have been required). It all worked well and returning home I found my parcel where I wanted it to be. Excellent service.

Drivers should be supplied with calendars so they know what day it is.

I ordered online from Asda Direct and paid extra money to choose my delivery day so that I could be certain my package would be delivered on a day when I was at home. The day I chose was Thursday 24th April. Today is Wednesday 23rd April. My package just arrived.

Luckily I had just got home from work and so was at home to receive the parcel, but had it been delivered an hour earlier this would not have been the case. I guess I'm lucky it was delivered at all - a previous experience with Yodel ended with my parcel being lost, which was only admitted after calling the premium rate phone number on 4 separate occasions over the space of 3 weeks (the first 3 times I rang I was assured that the package was at the depot and would be delivered to me within the next few days).

Yodel was brill. Ordered an item a couple of days ago and it arrived today in amazing condition by a really friendly member of staff.

Kept me fully updated on where my order was and service was amazing!

Having had so many problems with delivery companies claiming they had come and that we were not there (while we had not left the house at all), I was very pleased with the well timed delivery and the kindness of the delivery-man.
