The staff were despatching clients to cars very efficiently. They were friendly too. The car was clean and tidy. Pleased with full/full option. Return of hire car was easy and fuss free. Value for money and recommend to others.

Du booker din feriebil her hos Rentalcars.com og kommer frem og skal have en bil superbilligt som er allerede betalt hos Rental. Overraskelsen kommer både når du finder ud af at det er et helt andet firma der skal give dig bilen - GOLDCAR - som sidder stille bag en disk mens 100 mennesker står i kø til de "billige biler". Efter vi havde stået med 2 små børn i stive TO TIMER - er man jo lidt presset og uopmærksom og er rigtig glad for at de ikke er løbet tør for biler og har slet ikke tid til at spørge de 1000 gode spørgsmål man burde. OG DU FÅR INTET AT VIDE - INTET OVERHOVED. Blot en smart detalje at du ikke skal tanke på - men aflevere den tom - så klare de det hele (det virkede ok og man tror jo ikke det kan koste det dobbelte !!!) MEN MEN når du så afleverer den igen finder du ud af at de har taget spidsen af en jetjager for en forsikring som du slet ikke har brug for og det dobbelte for brændstoffet, intet af det er du blevet orienteret om og de har dig fanget fordi du kørte dit kreditkort igennem blanco - presset af tid og manglede muligheder for at sige fra - bilen var jo allerede betalt.

I arrived at Krakow airport late at night to find the hire agency, Rental cars were using was closed. My flight was on time and rental cars had accepted the booking for car delivery from this flight. In reality the fact their chooses provider was closed was a minor inconvenience as I hired another car from a different company. However Rental cars will not refund my money and are charging me for the car rental when their operator was not even there and never rented me a car. I am incensed and Rental cars tell me they will come back to my complaint in 1 month.
Look no further if you need a good car with all the accessories you need. We hired the Nissan Juke (Diesel) & were pleasantly surprised with the size,comfort and cleanliness of the vehicle during our 3 day skiing holiday from Geneva to Italy.
The Rental Cars service takes the hassle out of finding the best deal so you can start your trip confident in the car you are given, the back up of the company behind the service and the quality of the overall package. For this trip, which was only for a few days, Rental Cars made sure we were directed to the best possible car (brand new), supported by a big brand organisation (Europcar) and that the service was totally integrated into our holiday experience as a seamless part of arriving into Dublin and getting speedily out into the Irish countryside as quickly and comfortably as possible.

Used Thrify a new service at Nice. Clearly linked to Hertz as a budget service. There was no indication of an inferior service. The car was a budget car, but had no marks on it. All paperwork was manged with ease, both at pick up and drop off. The centre can get crowded and you have to go to Terminal 2 for everything, but it is well managed and greatly superior to what it was a few years ago.
Despite repeated attempts to obtain answers to a couple of basic questions prior to collection of the vehicle no answers were provided.The only contact made by this company was to repeatedly harras me about insurance which I explained several times was not required as my travel insurance already covered. Later I was hoping to extend the hire for a couple of days but that became too difficult to organise through an intermediary. In future I will deal only with the actual hire company.
Simple to select a car and reserve it, efficient when receiving confirmation, even after making changes to the booking. Warm service when collecting and dropping off, all rounded off with a great price.
Do not use LOCAUTO at Milan Malpensa unless you find waiting in 2 queues for over 2 hours acceptable to pick up your car. Then don't bother complaining to rentalcars.com when you get back as they will basically call you a liar and just offer you a discount on your next car hire. Erh, I don't think I'll be bothering thanks.
