First time using Ballicom International and the service was so good I ordered again from them ten days later. Took the plunge in ordering a high priced item without ever dealing with this company before. Not only was the item cheaper by a good £30 than anywhere else I could find it also had free delivery within 7 days. You could pay a little extra for next day or wknds, but I was in no rush and free is free. Would you believe the item came through basically the next day. I did order 1.00am ish Sunday night and the item was here Tuesday. So ten days later I order the same item again and again had the same great service and ultra fast delivery for free. Outstanding service, well package items, cheaper (in my case) than anywhere else online and blistering fast delivery. All you could want from a professional friendly retailer, defiantly would recommend.
I found the service great. The cost of the tablets was a lot cheaper than anywhere else and when I spoke to them they were so helpful. The tablets arrived the next day. Very impressed. Will definitely be using them again!
I ordered a usb stick, cost about £15. It arrived quickly, but did not work. I emailed Ballicom 3 times through their contact us page over a period of 3 weeks or so, but no reply, no replacement, nothing. Not worth suing them, but it is worthwhile telling potential customers not to use them.
I was having some problems with my mouse, it would keep dropping selections or randomly selecting elements, which was getting really annoying then just stopped working altogether! I checked back through my receipts and found that it was coming up to a year old. I sent an email to customer services and rang them the following morning to see if there was anything they could do, they said they'd look into an get back in touch with me. 25 minutes later I received an email telling me that they were going to replace it with a new one. Excellent service!
I purchase a new graphics card under warranty from Ballicom (order number: E2920745). It was not immediately evident the card was faulty as it worked in some circumstances. After the manufacturer's technical department said the card should be returned, Ankit from Ballicom responded instantly with the procedure to return the card and refunded my money the day after the card was received by them. I have never had a firm respond so promptly and efficiently as Ballicom! You will have my business again. Thank you, Ankit!
I must say, I was realy pleased with Ballicom recently. It's the first time I've dealt with them. Unfortunately, I bought a product which just didn't do what was claimed. I asked Ballicom if I could return it and gain a full refund. Within days, it was sorted. The item was collected and my money was refunded. It's hard to know who to trust in the big world of online purchasing, but I can vouch for these people who dealt with my disappointment really well. They kept me in touch and did exactly what they said they would, without argument. I know I can trust them now and, even though this didn't go to plan, I've no reservations of using them again in the future, in fact, I might even make a point of it!
The weather station is working well after some DIY repairs to one of the mounting clamps. The fault had obviously been spotted due to it being highlighted with a felt tip (most annoying when you don't notice it 'till you are up the ladder!!). The problem was overcome and I am pleased with the overall performance.
I needed a Cisco switch and accessories urgently and Ballicom really exceeded expectations. They were able to rush delivery to me, and Rob, who I spoke to several times on the phone was exceptionally helpful. Not only did he provide assurance I'd get next day delivery via UPS he also gave general advice on the product (Cisco 3750x) and which of the accessories would be appropriate and were in stock. Delivery was next day as promised. Pricing was better than I could find anywhere else on the internet. Will definitely use this company again for future requirements.
It was a great product, at a really good price. Unfortunately delivery was slow. I contacted the seller and once we were both sure that it wasn't just slow, it was lost; they sent another one immediately by parcelforce for next day delivery. I am really pleased with the product, and the seller could not have been more responsive. Great service all around :-)
I have been looking to source some HP DL120 Servers with redundant power supplies for a number of months for my company. I have spoken to many company over the past few weeks trying to source these and all have assured me they have them. Once an order is placed I am told they are cannot get them, very frustrating
When I found them on Ballicom I quickly got on the phone to confirm stock and prices. Robert Bale answered my call very quickly and provided me with all the details I required in a professional and knowledgeable way. I felt very much at ease with Robert and the company. He was able to answer all of my questions very quickly and continued to do so over email when I had some further questions. I have now placed for my first order with Ballicom and Robert and believe that the customer service provided has been a large part of this. Not only did Robert assure me they actually have a number of these in stock ready to dispatch he also discussed other options or additions I may require for order. Robert continued to communicate with me after the order had been placed and confirmed. I feel the level of service provided by Robert, and Ballicom, has been of such a high standard I would have no problem recommending them and will certainly be purchasing from them in the future. Recently used Ballicom for the first time to order a HP Microserver N54L (great price with current promotion) and related items - ordered with them based on low prices and very favourable previous customer feedback from related forums.
Order was shipped as two deliveries, both next day though. Server is superb, slight issue with a related item bought (missing part from box contents) so had to contact customer support also for the first time.
Very nice lady on the phone, directed me to send in an email to support. Even though the issue wasn't Ballicom's vault and they weren't aware of it before delivery (missing part from stated box contents), Ryan Leybourne at Ballicom owned the issue until resolution, he also provided a confirmation phone call to confirm what they were doing to replace the missing part and likely timescale for delivery.
So in summary, for a company I'd never used before, the way in which they have dealt with a missing part from a cheap boxed peripheral speaks volumes. Would definitely look to buy from them again.
